Since my last oil and fuel filter change, an increase of 35% in cost and even with a 10am appointment it still took 3 hours to complete. I think I will be looking at other places like jiffy lube or Valvoline Instant oil change where I'm offered a 20% savings and an oil change completed within 30 min. Time and money is definitely the factor here. Even the coupons that were sent to me do nothing but lure you into more money spent, and an appointment that even the service writer questions how long it will take. Also, nothing said about giving a top rating for service, so I guess these surveys mean nothing anymore for the service provided!

I have been taking my truck into Ed Bozarth ever since I bought it new, I usually get great service at Ed Bozarth but this oil change I had them hold off on replacing the engine air filter that they recommended. I looked at the filter when I got home and it was filthy as was the housing, they didn't even blow the filter off with air before putting the cover on or clean out the housing! On top of that, they broke one of the holes that the housing screw goes into and didn't even mention that to me. When I took it back they said it was almost a 10 year old truck and the plastic gets brittle and breaks sometimes. And offered to quote me a price to replace the top housing cover. The rest of the plastic housing was not brittle and there was no screw in the bottom hole of the housing, when they replaced the screw it screwed just fine into the bottom housing hole so there was never a screw inserted in after they broke the plastic hole and failed to inform me. I am so disappointed with Ed Bozarth service shop!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tom Rogers for taking excellent care of my son’s truck. His 2015 GMC Sierra was his first vehicle he’s ever bought (Not purchased at Ed Bozarth/ Mark Miller). Since he’s had it going on three years now. We have taken it in to replace lifters and fuel injector (two separate issues at two separate times). Tom was awesome about keeping us informed on what was being done. He also gave honest assessments an even took photos on the issues that was found. Definitely will be coming back for any of our service needs. Highly recommended
