They overcharge, bill you for repairs you didn't ask for and without consent. They don't tell you when your vehicle is finished or update you on progress. They dented my vehicle on their lift and denied doing it. They are dishonest. There are better options in GJ. Avoid this place.

WAS 4 stars, now 1. Had car 3 days for 2 day job ( but total of 7days). I paid for all amounts due, got in car to leave and engine light on. Gave me a company van to drive until fixed then, oops, employee broke part and had to wait additional 4.5 days to get part and fix. Nice and apologetic about them breaking. Although didn't need to go back, went in to pay portion of new part that THEY broke but I THOUGHT was only fair. Owner tried charging for parts already paid. When questioned why charging extra 25% more over already paid, owner threw my payment card back, said 'bent over backwards for me' --- (no to fix THEIR mistake) and find somewhere else in future then walked out. Unprofessional to say the least.

I have been taking my vehicles to Berry's for several years now and just recently took in a 96 Suburban and as usual the work was fantastic and pricing options were discussed in advance. Best Garage in the town of Grand Junction. I am a former ASE Certified Auto Technician and have to go on and say the most professional shop in the grand valley!! See you guys when something needs fixed.

I moved back to GJ a few years ago and a friend recommended Berry's. I've been taking my car there ever since. Jeep and the crew are fantastic! Jeep only does what is necessary to take care of your vehicle and will give you a list of options to get the job done. I can't say enough about the integrity of this shop. My family and I were on our way through Grand Junction coming back from a Moab trip on Memorial Day when my truck broke down on the interstate. By pure luck, we chose Berry's Garage from the list provided by our insurance carrier and am so thankful this is where our truck ended up. We had to leave the vehicle for the week to get back to work in Fort Collins. Jeep was so easy to work with, communicated well and made us feel comfortable that things were in good hands while we were 300 miles away. In the end, the truck was repaired at a reasonable price, and has been running great ever since,. Thank you Jeep, I've been telling everyone I can about our great experience.

I literally never post reviews, in this case I feel the need. Berrys garage helped me with my trucks AC system at the beginning of the summer, I have had zero issues since. 3 days ago, my wife’s vehicles AC took a massive dump and was unable to preform. I called Berry’s garage and they set me up with an appointment for July 26. I called yesterday 7/13/22 due to it being incredibly hot at over 100 degrees and they made arrangements and shifted their entire work to accommodate me. I’m posting this prior to the work being completed due to the part not being in town, they found the issue and told me what it would cost. I am posting this prior to work being preformed, but I am 100% confident the work will be preformed and I will be satisfied. They are reasonable professionals, 100000% recommend.

I called 5 other shops and finally felt comfortable being a woman n getting a very very honest n very very helpful mechanic and his son. On top of being friendly they were so helpful the mechanic took it upon himself to try n figure out what was happening with my 3rd gear . He new i was on a budget, and is just all around a great place definitely 5 🌟. Will be my future place for car care. Very honest caring and most important to me trustworthy. I asked for a place to get my car checked and have preventative maintenance done before I move to another state and Berry's Garage came with glowing recommendations from a friend of a friend. I'm happy to say they live up to it. Not only did he work hard to do all the checks I asked, he thought of many I forgot. Then in the same day he was able to get every issue fixed that was found, things I've had to wait a week or more at other shops for, and even replaced my wiper blades. Ol' Bessy is in top shape and all within 12 hours, you guys are the best. Just make an appointment in advance as quality this high is hard to come by so their schedule is loaded up.

Had our brakes and rotors replaced here today. Got us right in and took about 3 hours for repair. When we picked it up, we drove into town and when we tried to start the car again, were having some issues with the key fob battery running low causing the brakes to lock up when trying to start the car. At first we thought it could be the because of the repair so we called them. They drove out to us in less than 10 minutes, figured out the issue, and sent us on our way. 10/10 service.

Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute, before I had to drive over 800 miles back to California. They had nothing to work with but a sound the van made. Jeep(owner) was wonderful, he took the time to diagnose and fix not one but two problems, just from the sound. Did I mention it only took him about 25-45 minutes to do all of this. Couldn't recommend a better place for your car troubles, they're the best! They were able to attach a hose clamp to my rattling exhaust pipe, and discover it was the tire flexing on the hub cap, making the second clicking noise.

Had an issue with intermittent starting. It was beyond my diagnostic capabilities. Took it to Berry’s off of a friend’s suggestion. After describing the problem (with sound effects) they got me taken care of and took the time to show me what the issue was and explain it in a way that I could understand. I also had them diagnose an issue that is an expensive fix, but the owner, Jeep gave me an inexpensive alternative and it worked. I will be going back and recommending them to others.
