This place is great. I’ve been in a few times for small things. Today I went in for a full set of tires. Was done super fast and at checkout they pulled some magic and saved me over a hundred bucks on each tire. They didn’t have to save me anything. I had already agreed to the quote. Nice folks!

😭I gave them a second chance and it could have taken my life. I left thinking everything was good, so not the case!! My car was running hot, and I thought I had low air in one of my tires, way worse!! (( Missing 2 LUG NUTS )) on the HWY, car overheating.. pictures to follow on why. I do not trust them. My filter was not changed and notice the slice in my intake boot, Customer service is kind, but now this is a NO GO for me.

The folks there are good peoples. Always ready and willing to help with car issues. They put new tires on my Maxima before and the price for Big O brand tires had options for different wallets. I rolled by to get new lugnuts put on just as a precaution for traveling and they didn't even charge me. That's a couple reasons for using Big O!!!

Was at first skeptical because the lot looked full and busy but they actually had bays open and took my vehicle in right away and repaired my tire! Had a nail in my tire and found the quickest Big O to my location coming from glade park. Was waiting to have to pay for my tire patch but instead followed the gentleman as he held the door for me and so don’t worry about a thing just a simple nail patch! Thankful for the crew who did such a speedy repair and decided it was on them this time around! Thank you for always being there Big O when I’ve had any tire problems!
