I brought my truck here about a month or two ago, and got a whole list of stuff done to it totaling out to about 3,500 dollars and I went to get an alignment done since I got new tires and I had the mechanic tell me not only did the idler arm and pitman arm was supposed to be replaced as I paid over 250 dollars for just to be the same part that was never taken off. It is still the original idler arm and pitman arm. I also paid for a new axle shaft for a little over 300 dollars just for it to be leaking now all over. I would not trust them I paid good money and I trusted there work just to be disappointed. I would make sure to look at your vehicle after any repairs done from them.

Place is a huge scam charged 3 times what the job and labor was worth without receiving approval from me on the work or the price of the work and then became extremely hostile when i questioned the legitimacy of the price on the bill . They’re thieves and liars and i will never be bringing me vehicle back.

My family and I have been long time customers of Pearmains Performance and Automotive. We appreciate the expertise and the quick service we always receive. if you are needing a mechanic that knows what they're doing and has the expertise and experience to back it up, you need to go to (Pearman's Performance And Automotive!) I would give more stars if I could... Five isn't enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great mechanics. We had a mobile mechanic come out and take a look at one of our fleet vehicles that wouldn't start. The mobile mechanic could not diagnose the issue. Pearmain had it diagnosed and fixed quickly and for what I thought was a fair price. King Pest Solutions will be bringing our entire fleet here from now on.

Absolutely five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredibly honest, fast, and professional service. The mechanic explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. My car runs like new again, and the pricing was more than fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop!

Pearmain automotive has kept our family cars running with brilliant diagnostics and incredibly fair prices for many years. Pearmain has fixed our 2000 suburban, 2 subarus and a Toyota Yaris with thoughtful precision every time. Today they fixed an air conditioner on my son's 2014 Subaru that was an intermittent problem for years until we brought it in. Pearmain solved it, charged us 1/4 what the dealer would have charged, and returned the car within a couple hours. Hands down the best mechanic I've ever met. Honest quality work and great service.

Kelly has been my brother and Warrior In Heart for 15 years. He has serviced my 1989 Ford, my ex-wifes Explorer ,my 4 viechles that I bought my daughter and never a problem. Kelly is a man of his word and true to his faith! He will do what you ask of him and never, cheat you! Kelly is the most honest man I know. You can't go wrong with his knowledge, experience and honesty.

Brought my 1954 Chevy bread van in for some major renovation. Kelly dropped my 4 speed transmission for a five speed, changed intake and exhaust manifolds, switched two saddle gas tanks for one large tank in the rear, and added a TBI unit to an Offenhauser intake and Fenton split headers. He did fantastic work, clean and proper. I'm very pleased with his knowledge and ability to do everything the right way. Kelly will get all of my automotive work from now on.

Kelly did an awesome job on my mother's Chevy S10 blazer . It had been too many of the shops in town , they didn't have the patience to fix it properly. So we took it to Kelly . Thanks , mom is so happy. Good prices and very knowledge able of most cars . I will continue to take my vehicles to him at Pearman's performance. And so should you ,!😄

I brought my vehicle in for some upgrades and tuning, expecting a professional experience. Instead, I ended up with a $7,000 bill—double the initial estimate—and a check engine light that came on immediately after pickup. Communication was virtually nonexistent throughout the process. I never received a clear breakdown of the work done, just a vague invoice with no itemized receipt. They claimed excessive labor hours on the exhaust manifold, which felt more like padding the bill than actual necessity. Overall, the shop lacked transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I expected high-quality service for the price, but what I got was frustration and regret. I won’t be returning—and I’d advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here.

I recently took a car to Pearmain's that was overheating. Kelly was able to pinpoint what was causing it to overheat and he also discovered another issue with a timing belt that we would not have otherwise noticed. He repaired the car in a very timely manner and was fair on the pricing. I was very happy with their services.

I have several vehicles that I trust Kelly and his crew to maintain and take care of. One is a "specialty" one off build that another shop here in town never could get right and had the car for over 6 months. Kelly not only figured it out, he did it in a couple weeks! I trust and highly recommend him and his mechanics. Thanks Kelly!

Invoice is self explanatory. Want to get robbed? Come to this shop well known in GJ for overcharging. 600 miles and 28 hours is ridiculous and unjustifiable for a tune, every other shop in the WHOLE state of colorado charges a flat rate but since i dont have a shop i've owned for 20 years to rob people out of, i must not know anything about what it takes to put "quality work into these high hp builds" as the owner who doesnt own a dyno claims. Interior of my car was left dirty, both of my seats covered in dirt/grease and the fabric in the interior is covered in some black soot, including the back seat area, 2 of the center caps for my rims are missing. Steering wheel/shifter covered in grease and carbon. Noticed a bunch of rattling noises when taking a turn or braking in the car when driving it back home. Owner wouldnt let me pay with a card claiming i would dispute it with my bank (which makes sense when youre being robbed/scammed, probably for the tax evasion) and said i could only pay him cash after complaining about his audi dealer pricing, claiming its "quality" work and he doesnt cut corners lol. Gave me a receipt after paying cash but wouldnt put his signature on it, he only wrote paid on the receipt and said if i had any issues to bring it back that i have his "word." Rather take it to denver to a shop thats ACTUALLY knows what theyre doing, not pretending. Ordered parts without my approval and claimed he quoted me the job would be 6-10k which is beyond crazy when the 10 other different shops quoted me 3.6k for tuning and installing ALL of the parts. Asked a few groups/shops about my situation and they already knew the shop without mentioning the name. Not the way to do business but what do i know since i havent been scamming people for 20 years? 0 star rating instead of 1. UPDATE: Drove the vehicle home 2 hours (about 100 miles) home and got in the car the next morning and drove to glenwood which is 30 miles, and the car threw a check engine light for the pedal position sensor that i was charged 2x the price of one for. You would think after 600miles and 28 hours in the car and being told they checked the wiring, pins, harness and everything related to the pedal sensor it would be fixed. Edit: Fraudulent review? its 100% correct and i can provide proof. Im the owner of the car and you posted on someone else's post thinking its me when i showed up in person on friday? Never worked on my car because i questioned your pricing and now im getting backlash from it? I have an invoice, its right there. Alot of pricing and random numbers on the invoice but nothing is tied to each other showing a complete breakdown of how everything was charged/priced, or how much labor was tied to each part installed, Etc. Car arrived full of gas and you charged me $96 for fuel and i left with half a tank? Also charged me 500 just for showing up with the car and after doing a little of diagnostics and work on the exhaust leak the bill shot up to 5k even? Total of 6 phone calls and the invoice only shows 4 and every call i got was how the part was already ordered and on its way instead of calling to confirm what i want to do with MY money. Update: receipts from more reputable shops that did the same amount of work or more. 9-8-25: Only 2 other people posted on my behalf and its kinda obvious, any other reviews are from people i dont know but seeing how much kelly charged, along with the "quality" of work, you can tell ole boys not the smartest. Turns out kelly put in a pedal sensor that cant be found online or by napa/the dealer but i was charged oem price. Also found some wiring they did and im pretty sure a highschooler in shop class could have done a better job, I paid another napa auto care certified mechanic to check out my issue and couldn't get the part kelly installed replaced through napas warranty, simply because it doesnt exist in their system. Mechanic also called a few chevy dealers referencing the part number, but they couldnt find it either and a web search didnt pull it up anywhere.
