I took my truck there because it wouldn't start unless I jumped it. Figured it was the Terminal, but didn't have time to deal with it myself. They call back and tell me it's ready, so I got there and they found something else wrong with it that had nothing to do with why it wouldn't start but told me it was good to go. A week or so later, the terminal stops my engine while i'm driving. Had to get it towed back there where they tell me they never even looked at it, despite that being the only thing I asked them to do in the first place. Paid another bill. Now the stereo doesn't work at all, and when i took it back, they told me that maybe they didn't put it back together right, but they wouldn't be able to even take a look at it for a month. I don't know why I would ever go back there, they never took responsibility for not doing what I asked them to do the first visit, and despite suggesting that maybe their mechanics broke my truck putting it back together didn't even offer to check and told me *maybe* they could find the time to charge me a third time for a battery terminal replacement.
