I ended up having to go up the road to another automotive store and get the proper customer service! Will NOT be returning to Auto Zone ever again!

Last Friday, the 15th, I came into the Clifton store. The employee Josh was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. He helped me find the correct size of wiper blades needed for my vehicle. Overall the experience was great!! He deserves a raise!! 🙌

I want to give thanks to Andrew for helping me with my battery that I bought fron BATTERIES PLUS around the start of last winter... Anyway... Andrew really helped me out... I had just gotten out of the hospital and I was on oxygen and couldn't get around very do to surgery on my foot,.. Andrew took charge and determined that it was the battery... The Battery in the HUMMER was very difficult to remove and replace and Andrew took care of everything, he was very professional and a great asset to the company... Thanks Andrew

I needed a windshield wiper blade. I have to admit I was quite shocked That you bought them one at a time and that one cost more than a set used to cost. On the bright side...a very nice polite young man named Tony helped me get the right blade and installed it for me as well. My overall experience was more than I ever expected. Thank you.

I had a fabulous experience this morning on my first visit to the Clifton store. One of my headlights burned out in my 2010 Subaru Tribeca and I didn't want to chance a roadtrip out of state later this afternoon. After watching a couple of Youtube videos on how to change out the bulb, I decided not to chance it and break the release pin so I decided to take it to the profesionals at Auto Zone. Bella T. was more than happy to take a look at it and graciously and successfully got the job done. She even showed me exactly what I would need to do on my own the next time it needs to be done. Worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. After today, AutoZone isn't for me since management condones it. Only customer in the store and the kid behind the counter acted like I was bothering him. Went to O'Reilly's after that. Seems I'm not the only one that feels your customer service needs significant improvement. Now I know why I was the only customer in the store. I'd rather buy from the Dodge dealership than buy anything at your store. Thanks very much for giving me direction on where to go next time. LOL

Andrew was fantastic! This has been the best customer service I have received in several years from anyone! I brought in a brand new 2024 Mercedes sprinter which Unto my knowledge are extremely difficult when it comes to changing the battery out. Andrew was able to figure out the problem with my original battery and replace it for me. Mercedes makes it extremely challenging to get the battery out as well as install the new one, and overall they seem very confusing. Andrew was extremely professional and handled this issue for me to get me back on the road safely. Honestly, had he not been there to help me I never would have been able to figure this issue out on my own. He also handled all of the other customers he was working with during my visit with diligence and care. Andrew is a phenomenal employee. Someone promote this man! Great work today.

I never hear that at freaking O'Reilly's also never get freaking rewards at O'Reilly's really definitely the best place to go in town. Zak P literally blew me away with professionalism, friendliness, and straight forward understandable answers to ALL my questions. He helped me save money where I didn’t need to spend, and I spent it else where improving my car where it really needed it. I felt safe and well taken care of as he did some actual fixes on my car to show me how the products I bought worked. I seriously couldn’t be happier with my experience. I don’t care where the other mechanic supply shops are here because I will always come back after such a reliable customer service experience. I’m truly grateful for today because I know a decent amount about car maintenance for a typical woman but I’ve always still felt a bit talked down to in these scenarios- that was not at all the case today and that just felt really good. Turned in a defective battery which I had purchased last September at the Clifton, Colorado Auto Zone. Bella confirmed my purchase and immediately began preparing to replace the defective battery with a new one. I was struck by how quickly and professionally Bella went about the replacement process. She impressed me even more when she cleaned up the corroded battery fastening harness like new. Andrew one of the store managers was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and we truly feel like he went above and beyond in providing great customer service. It was nice too finally have an employee who didn't just provide a price for a part from standing behind a computer. I felt like he was actually empathetic to our situation and went out of his way to actually come out and take a look at the problem, made things easier by lending a professional helping hand, and made sure to inform us of the warranty on our previously purchased part so that I, out of ignorance, did not end up buying another one.
