Just bought a used car for my Grandson from these guys. The mechanic named Willie is very honest and up front with every little detail about the car. I will be doing business with these guys in the future. Thanks Willie for your excellent service.

Didn’t address the problem I brought it in for (engine light) Threw a bunch of unnecessary fixes and services at it, sent me packing with the engine light still on and $500 poorer. Cocky tech that lacks basic troubleshooting fundamentals. Went elsewhere and problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, absolute joke.

ALERT!!! I was ripped off in broad day light, paying for a service to help clear the check engine light and after I drive off their lot, the light was back on. When I called to address my concerns, the owner arrogantly referred me to go to YouTube..Go to this place at your own risk. Hard earned $$ should not be put to waste. How I wish I hadn't gone to this place!! Grrrrr. I wish there was a ZERO star!!

I can’t imagine going somewhere else for our Tundra and Sequoia maintenance and repairs. We’ve been coming to AV Lexx Tech for three years now. Willy and Carlos are highly skilled and honest mechanics. We recently did an I-10 roadtrip from FL to CA and our tires were wearing out from the inside. They took us immediately and even loaned us their cars so we could run errands while they swap the tires. Worth every penny. Thank you so much AV Lexx Tech. We are ready to hit the road again safely!

I reached out to this company when Lexus quoted me a very high rate for an air conditioning repair. Originally I spoke with the girl who answered the phones and she was even so helpful, immediately offered to text message me some information and was quick to respond. I then got a call from Willie, I'm assuming the owner. He didn't have to call, there was pretty much nothing he could do to help besides beat Lexus's quote. He called to help me trouble shoot and even gave me the name of a man he knew who worked at Lexus. In doing this he knew he would lose my business but he did so to help me out as a human. Long story short I took the information he gave me and his advice and got my car fixed for $600 cheaper than the original quote. Many mechanics have a bad reputation for being dishonest but I can assure you he is not one of them! He may not have earned my business this time but I will always refer my friends/family and may even end up using him in the future. Thank you Willie for being such a good person!

I have been taking my 2 Lexus’s and 2 Toyota trucks to Willie for probably over 10 years now. I have NEVER had a problem with the service I receive from him. Always honest and up front. Always willing to pick up my car or give me a ride or loan me one of his cars. I have co workers that go to him also without a problem. I have never heard a bad thing about him from anyone I realize there is no making some people happy and is probably where some of these bad reviews came from. Willie goes above and beyond every single time I go there. I wouldn’t trust taking my Lexus or Toyota to anyone else in the valley. I have been in this valley for over 48 years and been to many other places. His is the only one I will ever go back to with my vehicles. I have never had a bad experience here EVER! I trust his judgment every time and it has never been wrong! Keep it up Willie I appreciate you brother!!

I have been in AV for three years now, the first year I traveled back and forth to San Pedro to Lex Services because of trust issues that I have. After doing my research I AV Lexus & Toyota, immediately I got the warm feeling that this was a honest mechanic. I am thrilled to be apart of the family, thanks Willie keep the faith and your superior customer service and knowledge. You are appreciated.

My friend brought his car to this shop for inspections . This guy Carlos had it for approximately for 2 hrs. On the way of driving home, the power sterring wheel was loss and the vehicle was undrivable. All the Fan Bolts were very loose and the fan was not turn at all. Think twice if you want to have your car service at this shop.

Review of AV Lexus and Toyota Services (Palmdale, CA) I paid AV Lexus and Toyota Services $155 for a standard pre-purchase inspection. The purpose was simple: evaluate a vehicle before deciding whether to buy it. This is routine business for any repair shop and depends entirely on professional independence and basic ethics. That trust was misplaced. The inspection process dragged on longer than expected. While waiting, I briefly stepped out of the office, leaving the vehicle’s owner inside with Willy, the shop’s owner. Willy knew exactly why I was there and that I was considering buying the car. During that time, he solicited the seller directly and expressed interest in purchasing the car himself. I learned about this only after the visit ended. The inspection results came back with a list of supposed problems totaling over $10,000 in repairs, described as a conservative estimate. Under normal circumstances, I would weigh that information carefully. But once I learned that the same person performing the inspection was privately attempting to buy the car, the entire report became suspect. A mechanic who stands to profit personally from discouraging a buyer cannot be considered neutral. That is a textbook conflict of interest. According to the seller, Willy openly stated that he buys and flips cars on the side and wanted this one. That alone destroys any claim of impartiality. It raises a straightforward question: was the inspection an honest evaluation, or a tactic to scare off a buyer and lower the price? When confronted, Willy denied everything and called it a misunderstanding. At the same time, he stated the most he would offer for the vehicle was $5,500 because of the extensive repairs he claimed were necessary. Shortly after the inspection performed by his associate Carlos, the car reportedly began experiencing new issues. Whether coincidence or consequence, it only deepened the sense that something was wrong. The final insult came the very next day. After insisting he would not and could not buy the vehicle, Willy contacted the seller again and offered $7,000. The same man who denied any interest suddenly increased his offer once the buyer he competed against was out of the picture. Charging a customer for an inspection and then secretly competing against that customer for the same vehicle crosses a basic ethical line. An inspection is supposed to provide clarity. Instead, this one created doubt about every conclusion and every recommendation. The issue here is not simply poor service. It is conduct that calls into question honesty, professional integrity, and business ethics. A shop entrusted with evaluating vehicles should not be using that position to pursue private deals at a customer’s expense. If independence and transparency matter, this is not a business that demonstrates either.
