This guy George is basically just interested in the money. All I wanted was my AC to be fixed and paid $180 for him to fix it. He used his computer that supposably tells all the problems the car has and I don’t know how his computer missed the main problem the evaporator. He really sounds like he sugar coats everything and takes advantage of people who don’t know about mechanics. He doesn’t sound clear when he explains why he’s charging me $950 to fix this 1 problem and how he normally charges $1,200. I don’t recommend this location, he is not honest.

I have to say firs of all the best Mechanic I have ever dealt with. Now here are just a few reasons. When i first heard of his shop i had just moved to Pomona and was looking for shops that charge my a/c, so I googled a couple places and George answered his phone politely and with energy. He then asked what kind of vehicle and what was needed and quoted me a reasonable price over the phone. I took my expedition in a few days later and he advised me that my vehicle actually needed me more freon than he quoted me a price for but he kept to his quote and filled my freon to what was needed. Secondly I took my van in to get some sensors done and he had my van for a couple hours, as he had my van he had some concerns for additional work to be done. Instead of doing the work like I have had done to me many times, George called me told me the concerns that he had seen and advised me that it would be an additional charge and asked if i wanted him to do the work or not. It was greatly appreciated as other mechanics have just done the work and charged me without giving me a heads up. And i must say George hadms gained my trust and my business. He is the only mechanic I will ever go to again. I cant say this enough. BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE IF KNOWING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Priority Auto is the place to go. The owner George is great. My son needed a large amount of repairs on his old Dodge Truck. George and his team did a great job and took the time to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and fix it right. Their prices are totally reasonable. Honest mechanic shops like this a few and far between.

I've had all my vehicles and even sent family and friends to Priority over the years. However since George left the shop, the new manager can't be bothered with small jobs, and blatantly lies to my face about the time a job would take. Went in to have my brake lights changed urgently because I was at DMV for a test when it went out. Its a 5 minute job. I had no tools in the car, so I drive over to Priority and asked if I could get it done quickly and even had the bulbs with me. The guy told me it would take too long and he didn't have time for that, cause to change out the bulbs was not as simple as I thought. I couldnt go back to the DMV and would have to reshedule to almost 2 months from now; so I went home got my tool kit from inside and changed out both my lights in under 5 mins. Sad to say, I don't think I'll be coming back to them anytime soon. If small jobs don't matter then you don't deseve big jobs either.😕

Got my brakes fully done in May… it’s only October & they are already needing to be fully done again the whole system. This place has been doing my cars wrong for years & I just now realizing. If I would have noticed the first time I would have never went back. I thought I could trust the service but I may have to sue instead.. my car sat for 3months no driving due to me carpooling to work, so there is NO WAY POSSIBLE I drive too much nor is there a reason for my brakes to be completely gone… I almost killed myself & someone else due to this HORRIBLE work done. I have all my receipts & records if this problem can’t be corrected.
