This shop is by far the best I have visited and had my vehicles worked on. They will work with you around YOUR schedule. I am surprised this place isn't getting more love in the AV. I mean, they will practically bend over backwards to accomodate your needs. Their price is fair for what they work on. One particular shop wanted over $200 to weld on an aftermarket exhaust on my Ram 1500. One Stop charged $150. Overall this will be my go to shop for any muffler/exhaust needs. I have 3 other cars that I plan to upgrade the exhaust system. I know where I am going to have them done. No other place, but One Stop!

I have a smog test issue. Nothing wrong with the vehicle, it's a simple sensor malfunction. Mercedes are notorious for this. The mechanic knew but didn't offer to correct it, he tipped his hat and pointed with his nose and said "there's a secondary air injection pump right there" and he walked away after charging me for the smog pretest. I did the research and inspected the pump. Looks fine, I'll have to remove it to further test it. The pump, if broken, is inexpensive and simple to replace, but One Stop didn't suggest or offer to render the issue. I went to a mechanic for service, you would expect better. I give it a double thumbs down. I'm a non mechanical civilian driver who has the money and was reaching out for help. I have to do this myself and pay again for another smog test. Nice job there One Stop 👎👎

Giving 1 start is still to much my experience with this muffler shop was horrible. I took my car there for a simple 2.5 inch to 2.25 inch step down pipe to be welded to my car and a Bolt on exhaust (cat back) to be put on the car simple 30/45min job I say that because the cat back is a bolt on exhaust with clamps nothing to technical this exhaust requires no modification it designed for the car I explained this to James several time this is a simple jobs that I’ve don’t before on jack stand’s minus the welding I come back to James and his associate hammering and prying away at a brand new cat back mufflers crooked clamps dented up hangers bent and he only responds is he been doing this for 20 years not to mention I see no material like brand new pipes for exhaust everything is being pulled from a random crate of scrap metal upset and unhappy with the work I don’t recommend you do business there listening to the customer sometimes is okay $270.00 for my to have to still jack my car up and adjust my own exhaust is crazy
