Beware…. Been coming to this car wash for years and always had pleasant experiences. Not only are the employees now nasty but they also charge you different prices every time you go. In the last three months they increased their prices every visit (3) from $35 to $45 and now $50 claiming because the car is a different size. I’ve always driven the same car. Not worth $50 simple wash

They should rename it Aventura’s *Worst* Car wash. Apparently nowadays you need a degree to wash a car, because they definitely don’t know how to do it. Took my car there to get a wash and was left with just scratches all over, i honestly don’t understand how’s that possible. Besides that even the way they handle your vehicle is super unprofessional. Literally flooring it in reverse, slamming the doors etc. not to mention i caught the worker standing on my $8,000 vossen rims, trying to get to the roof of the car. Bottom line is, do yourself a favor and just don’t go there. Especially if you have an expensive car.

If its slow when I pull up . I aspect my car to be attended too.. if there no cars but mine. Doesnt make sense to come out an hour and 20 mins later my car not done but everyone else who came after me are good and ready.. im not coming back

The worst experience! They charged me $40 left my car smelling like a wet dog eventhough I didn’t turn in my car with any smell and they left all this trash posted in the pics! Don’t loose your money! Go somewhere else! The manager was rude and told me it was my problem and said they were not responsible!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I brought my truck to this wash and took it unfinished. I paid additional $ for removing bugs, and they still didn’t remove it anyway. I had to spend another hour for another car wash. Apart of it they were asking me for tips, like really guys? You’re asking for tips with this s*itty job you did?! Seriously

I would give this place a 0 if I could . They leave your car dirtier when you leave than when even bringing it in . Got inside the car to find All the white seats with black hand prints and brown stains called them to come clean it and what they say ? You paid for a basic cleaning we just wipe it a little… I tell the guy the car didn’t come in like this they left it dirty and he walks away .another guy wipes it down for me super aggressively . Like annoyed to even do it . not to mention the water stains in the glass and the minor scratches which obviously they don’t take any responsibility for . Save your money and save your car . Big waste of money and you end up with your car with more damages . Horrible service

The inside of the car was dirtier than when I gave it to them. I could feel grime on the key when they handed it back to me, and on the gear shift and the wheel as soon as I got in the car. Absolutely disgusting. I used several Lysol wipes and they each looked as dirty as the wheel felt. I definitely didn’t give them my car this way because I couldn’t touch my wheel and not clean it immediately once I felt it was so disgusting and grimey! Completely not worth the $35 and then they have the nerve to ask if you’re leaving a tip 😳

Horrible service. I left my car there for 3 hours and the job they did was terrible. There were soap stains, dirt left behind, and my wheels were still dirty. The interior was done poorly—basic things weren’t even wiped down, and the windows were left with streaks. I paid $130 expecting quality, but when I pointed out my concerns, they didn’t even apologize. They just wiped a few spots quickly and left, with areas still unfinished. I feel completely scammed. I will never bring my car here again. if you like to waste money go here!

The wash I got was supposed to be detailed inside and out. It was not even close to detailed. Stuff in the car (jacket) was in the exact position that I left it before the wash. How can the inside be cleaned without moving stuff? The cup holder had crumbs in it and a carpet had a leaf still stuck to it. They alsosent an text that my car was ready after only 40 minutes. I am very disappointed.

I only use this place to wash my car because I can go in the mall while they are doing it. They were never that great. I am very disappointed by how badly the quality of the cleaning is. Every time I go there is getting worst, with my last experience being an absolute disaster. My car was barely touched inside. I called the guy to clean up what he missed and he did literally a 2 second wipe ... how irresponsible. There were areas that were not vacuumed or wiped down. When I say that he "barely" touched the inside of the car, I mean it. I felt ripped off. It's disgraceful. I paid a premium price for a poor cleaning.

Left my car for a regular interior and exterior clean and was barely vacuumed. Easy stains were still there and no clean in the sides or under the seats. They normally do a good job, not this time..

Aventura’s Finest Car Wash is anything but fine. The staff is unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acts like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money. The management is just as bad—completely unprofessional, unwilling to help, and clearly doesn’t value their customers, especially not returning ones. They don’t treat expensive cars with care, and the wash itself is barely a rinse—missed spots everywhere, dirty interiors, streaked windows, and rushed work that feels like a total scam. They charge premium prices for what’s basically a cheap, sloppy wash. It’s shocking how little respect or courtesy they show. The attitude from both the staff and the managers makes it clear they don’t appreciate or deserve any business. Never go there. There are plenty of better options in the area that actually know how to treat customers—and their cars—right.

Absolutely 0 stars! RUN AWAY THIS PLACE!!!I paid $120 for a DETAIL CAR WASH In a fact car looks dirtier than it was BEFORE, but most important part they scratched my sterling wheel with I think so very aggressive chemicals. When I came back to speak with manager they told me : I can give you the contact of the guys who will paint your steering wheel, at my expense... And they started to prove that this was not there before, that it was because of use, etc. I started showing photos from a few hours before the wash and that these defects were not there, but they didn't care. When I started asking why the interior looked dirtier than it was before, they said that I did it by myself lol within 3 min😂 Absolute 0 customer skills

After coming here few times and every time I have to wait longer because they charge me for a full size truck but they never clean the roof of my car so I end up waiting another 30-40 minutes for them to wash the car again. I told them before I leave the car with them “make sure to clean the top of the car and dry it” and the person who take my key always say “yes yes of course” but never make sure it’s been done. $50 for a full size truck and making me wait over an hour for my car isn’t justified. I do not recommend this location!

This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I love my car and was actually excited to see it clean. They texted me two hours later saying it was ready. When I got there, they wouldn’t even let me look at my car first. I had to pay and tip them before they’d bring it out. As soon as I saw it, my heart sank. It was still dirty. Dust, spots, streaks — like they barely even touched it. I felt completely ripped off. Never going back. Total waste of time and money.

Paid 40 for a regular wash and left tip. My car wasn’t washed and was awfully dried. Carpets are dirty, door panels are dirty as well. They park your car far away so you don’t have a chance to check your car if it’s dirty or not. I will NEVER be washing my car there, probably the worst service received.
