Recently had the opportunity to utilize this shop, unfortunately I’ve not had the best experience with them. The scope of work that I went for included the items below. SCOPE OF WORK - Clutch, EVAP Code, Serpentine Belt, Timing Belt, Idlers, Pulleys, Transmission Fluid, Differential Fluid (front & back), Transfer Case Fluid, Leaking Power Steering Hose & Valve Cover Gasket After their service, I went to check the differentials which looked completely untouched which raised my suspicions that fluids were not dropped. Having explored this curiosity, I dropped the fluids myself to find that none of the fluids were replaced. They sprayed brake cleaner to clean up the power steering leak without addressing the actual issue as it was leaking literally the very next day. The valve cover was still leaking as that gasket was not replace. What was done was only the clutch, EVAP CEL & serpentine belt which are items that the average consumer would notice. I’m disappointed that this shop chose to not perform the services that most average consumers would not know how to check. It’s frankly upsetting that this shop has chosen to cut corners to cheat customers out of their money. Having worked on cars, I ended up doing the rest of the desired services myself as I would not want them to touch my vehicle considering my experience with them.
