As a busy mom, I don’t have time to sit around at a shop or worry about whether I’m being overcharged. Eric is a total lifesaver. He comes to me (always calling him last minute) wherever I am—home, work, even when I was stuck at my kids practice. Super convenient! What I love most is that he’s honest and has real integrity. I never feel like he’s trying to upsell me or take advantage just because I don’t know a ton about cars. As a woman, that kind of trust means a lot. He explains everything clearly and his prices are totally fair and give me a price before anything he does. Eric does it all—oil changes, brakes, diagnostics—you name it. I had check out a car I purchased for my child to make sure it was a good buy. He checks out the car and addresses any concerns before she drives back to her university. If you need a solid mechanic who shows up, does great work, and doesn’t play games, he’s your guy.

I think I & everyone in these reviews would give Eric 10 stars if we could! Eric is an absolute gem! He is the most reliable, fair & professional mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has saved my car more than 3 times now & I’m already saving up for the next few repairs because I know my car will be in good hands with him & the work will be done perfectly!
