I came to Paul’s Tires Services for the first time because I was driving and suddenly my car showed up a light and I started acting weird so I got scared. I called and Guillermo answer the phone and told me to just go in and he will take care of it. So I went and the experience was very pleasant and smooth, he and his team looked at everything on my car and ensure everything was good. It was just a very good costumer service and then I ended up changing my tires with them, definitely coming back again for oil and anything I can need!

I had a great experience with this business. The owners are honest and provide excellent service, with very good prices. Guillermo, Monica and Carlos took very good care of me. I had to replace my battery and they offered me a better price than regular Auto part stores. They work with quality brands like Napa or Premium AAA for batteries, and their tires have an excellent price as well. Highly recommend them! Shout out to Luis , who is an excellent mechanic and gave me honest feedback about what repairs were needed to keep my car in great shape. Thank you, Luis!

Thank you and the great team of mechanics for going above and beyond to getting my brakes done at a moments notice. Job well done and service was excellent for the price. I again had an issue with my wipers and they could have told me some major was going wrong but they did something minor and didn't want to charge but i had to give something as appreciation. This is a respected and trustworthy auto shop and believe me it's hard for to trust some places I had came across over the years. If I lived in this area or needed some work done on an auto this would be my number one shop and feel at ease. Yes I am from out of State and they treated me as a local. I came in needing some help with low air in my tire, and not only did they fill it up right away, but they also added a special sealing liquid to help prevent any slow leaks in the future (I called it “liquid for the fish” — they knew exactly what I meant 😉). What truly stood out was their attitude. Friendly, professional, and incredibly generous — they didn’t even want to take any money for the help. In today’s world, that kind of honesty and kindness is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. They earned a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or car needs. Needed tires swapped out. Brought in my own. Workers and front desk are really nice and prices were good. I paid $178 for alignment and my tires to be swapped. Monica was kind. They give you a paper to show computer detection on the alignment as well. A before and after.
