About 15 years ago, I bought my first benz c280 on Ebay. The car didn't come with CD changer and I hate going to the dealership, so I went on craigslist to search for a changer and came in contact with Tino, a very good mechanic. He brought the changer and installed it but did something unique, he told me to use the changer for a month or so and to pay him later if no problem bc I may not trust him having met online. And that was how we became very good friends. Years ago, I will drive to Philadelphia at the benz dealership where he used work just to do oil change, that's how much I liked and trusted Tino. After paying his dues as a mechanic, he moved to Florida and opened his own shop, operating the shop with his family. I love driving to Orlando and try to see him each time. I have been reading reviews about him online and its all positive and I'm not surprised bc that's the same Tino I know. Because of him, i kept my old 2001 s500 for 9 years, he would walked me through how to fix things and im just grateful. Tino is a great guy and no worries trusting repairs of his car in his hands.

They try to rip me off, I did my brakes my abs lights came. They said I need a new computer. I found a chip that they miss placed on the floor. Abs got reset. Light went off. For trouble shooting he wanted charge me for $100. I refused to pay, he said he have a doctors bill for $2,000.00. He need to get paid. I didn’t pay $100.00. Please do not go their. Ripping people. I paid for the work they did for AC & brakes pretty high price. I will never do business with them. I hope this will help for other customers not to go their. Never again

Took my car there to fix and interacted with Tino. He kept my car overnight and checked out what was really needed on the car. Unfortunately the repair cost was way too high compared to the value of the car, so I decided to not proceed with the repair. Tino gave his honest opinion on the repair not being worth it. Appreciate his honest6y. If you are looking to fix highly technical issues no one other than the dealer can do, these are the guys that can do it at the best price.

This shop has always treated me great! Any time I have an issue with my CLS550 I always get great service along with education on what’s going on with my car. They are professionals at what they do and always pay a very fair price for the work. Bottom line they are honest, affordable and always willing to help me with all my mechanic needs for my car. I have used them for 3 years already and honestly wouldn’t want anyone else touching my car! 10 stars on these guys!

LONG RESPONSE.. 'WAS' considering being a potential new customer....I always read reviews, I always try to support local businesses near me and I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt regardless of some negative reviews, however, THIS time, one of the reviews was on point..."somewhat rude", the gentleman who I assume was the owner...... here we go!! Upon my arrival, wasn't sure where to enter the building, one worker looked at me and kept working until I asked, "Is this the entrance". He just pointed...ok...no biggie...went to a sliding door where another gentleman was standing in the doorway talking to someone in the office, did the SAME thing....looked at me and kept talking.....I should've left..for me "RED FLAG".... but because I'm african american, sad to say in 2025, I'm used to that kind of treatment at times... NOT saying that was the reason for their response..anyway, I waitied for the gentleman that was in the doorway, he finally acknowledge me and asked how could he help......I started out my say, "I'd like for him to scan/test/diagnose (not sure which i said) my vehicle...he then asked what was I experiencing.....I told him, and also mentioned I did a DIY home scan and I shared the codes AND messages that I received ....he then says he don't know codes, another "RED FLAG"...he ask, If I replace what your telling me and it don't work, what them? (I'm paraphrasing)...I said sir, I told you what service I wanted. NOT trying to tell you what to do..... "TIME TO GO" ...I told him thank you very much and proceeded to leave but while I was doing so, he replied, " you don't like the way I talk"? I replied, "NO I did not"... I said to myself while walking away, If you have to ask that question, that means "YOU'VE BEEN TOLD THAT BEFORE"..... .AGAIN, that was MY experience....others may differ.... wish your business good luck!!
