Before was a really good day for everyone.. today I’m sitting on one chair for over 4 hrs just for fix my back break.. peoples going in and out. And I’m still here.. now price is up for some part that I find half of the price on a Autopart.. its going to be my last time in here.. good luck chuck..

I had been coming here for awhile for regular maintenance. My AC stopped working and they charged me $50 for a False diagnosis that my Evaporator had a leak and I was quoted $550 for repair. I got a couple second opinions and had them check again and it was really the condenser (a cheaper repair). I wasted money on a new evaporator and if I never got a second opinion I wouldve been charged 550 to replace my “evaporator”, SO disappointing I thought I could trust this shop. I’m never coming back

We punctured the tire on the car and we had to find a replacement urgently. We stopped at several workshops along the road and chose these guys. The price was the lowest and cleanest inside. The work was done quickly but the husband stood by and controlled because the guy did everything very carelessly

I was there for an insurance assessment by Carco. The technician was very nice and he completed the process in less the 30 mins. I tried other Certified Carco Garages and couldn't get an appointment for weeks. I went in the same day I called to make an appointment at Stoplight.

I've been a loyal customer at this mechanic shop for years. It is time I find a new shop. Why? I'll keep it short. They are sexist. Only woman to be serviced by them for a tire, a head light bulb replacement and an AC that needed freon. I spent three hours there for them to serve every male customer before me and when I inquired why, they would shrug their shoulders like a bunch of little boys and hide in their offices. On top of that, they are over priced. They charge top dollar for their services with customer service that leaves a lot to be desired, they are slow and uncoordinated. Do your self a favor and find a different shop and keep driving pass this one.

This is my go to place, because they are honest, does great work, and they are professional. I hate taking my car in to places for repair, because women are normally overcharged!!! Not here, they are fair and treat women with respect. They explain what repairs needs to be completed, and they offer you coffee while you wait. I just love their customer service, and the great work they do here.

I'm not one of those people who think the customer is always right, but it doesn't mean they are wrong either. I've been to this shop a couple times prior and I honestly feel like their mechanic (older hispanic gentleman) does a decent job with what he is tasked with. But the customer service makes you question the fairness and honesty of the business. I went in for an oil change and specifically told the young guy ,2 times in a row, "regular" oil. He shook yes his head to confirm he understood. When checking out, The price was higher than expected, when I asked why, the older (black) gentleman said its "high mileage synthetic blend". But I told the young guy regular.. So older guy goes outside to confirm and comes back with the young guy and says "I never said "CONVENTIONAL"" "regular means synthetic blend" Followed by "if you ask for regular, Im going to put synthethic blend; its the same" Conventional is not the same as synthetic blend nor are the aforementioned the same as full synthetic. Not the 1st time the final price didnt make sense with what was 1st mentioned or the price of the part purchased is found cheaper at most autoparts stores.. Stoplight, Im open to discuss this post. Reach out if you would like. Customer service should be important to any business

I was in a bind and needed to replace two front tires asap on a Sun.. Not only were they open but they had my tires.. They even corrected the air pressure after another shop left me jacked up.. An emergency issue (flat tire) turned into me having them do all the services I was debating getting done. Their prices are beyond reasonable that I couldnt see going anywhere else. I bambled about what I needed to get done and they honestly told me what I needed to get done and what I could wait on. I was super shocked at how reasonable their prices were. Their service was top knot. The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and very patient throughout my visit. I found my new auto repair shop.

I recently had my 2005 Honda towed to Stoplight Tire and Auto Repair after experiencing what turned out to be a broken axle. From the moment the vehicle arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They diagnosed the issue right away and clearly explained the necessary repairs to me. They also kept me informed every step of the way. To my surprise, they had the axle replaced and the vehicle fully repaired in under 48 hours for a reasonable price — which is rare these days. On top of that, they went above and beyond by completing an oil change and checking/refilling all the fluid lines without me even having to ask. That level of care really stood out. The team at Stoplight Tire made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left the shop with my car running great, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The hours online are not the same hours the business opens. I been there 2 times already on a Saturday which says online they open at 8 am and they really don't open until like 10am which is not fair to the paying customers who have to sit and wait 2 hours outside. If you guys are going to open at that time you should really update your online hours
