If you ever go here for service make sure to look for the service provider Finbar (Rocky). He helped me a few months back with an issue with the car and he went above and beyond. Purchased a used 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Raul the salesperson and purchase order states theres a 4,000 mile or 90 day warranty through Auto Nation. The oil cooler was leaking, roughly a $1,000 job. The warranty is NOT through Auto Nation. It's through a 3rd party (assurant) and repair needs to be "approved" by Assurant. Brought car in 3 times in conjunction with the time frames set by Auto Nation for when Assurant would be coming. All three no shows by Assurant and then was told by Auto Nation that I had to leave car there for up to 10 days with no loner car for it to get inspected and approved. Sons car and under 25 so he couldn't use a loner car anyway. Service department kicked the can to sales saying they need to handle this not service. During this process service manager Kevin Bonilla was horrible to deal with, wouldn't answer phone, gave me false information and was unhelpful. Sales manager David Losk would not budge to get this problem fixed in house. I finally offered that I would buy the parts if they did the labor. Finally agreed to this and I paid the $375 in parts. Throughout all this the service advisor Manny was great but management was horrible. Point is do not depend on the "in house warranty" it is a nightmare via a 3rd party. I am a repeat customer also, purchased a new Honda Pilot from same location.

SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE, NO RESOLUTION I purchased a brand-new 2025 Honda Accord SE from AutoNation Honda on November 1, 2025 with only 4 miles on it. Within 72 hours, the car began pulling sharply to the left when braking. I returned immediately and was told this was due to the car sitting on the lot and that I should “hard brake” to remove debris—an alarming response for a new vehicle. That same day, the brakes began making a loud squealing noise, which quickly became constant. I returned multiple times over the next several weeks. The dealership: • Claimed they couldn’t hear the noise • Blamed me for the issue • Skimmed rotors • Replaced brakes • Replaced rotors None of the repairs fixed the problem. I was later told I could be traded into the same vehicle, but my payment would increase by $166, even though I reported the issue almost immediately after purchase. I refused to be penalized for a defect in a new car. I was promised a Honda inspection within two weeks—it never happened. After over a month of waiting, I was told inspectors don’t contact customers directly. On my final visit, I was told I’d need to “get a lawyer” and that the dealership could no longer help me. The braking issue worsened to the point where the car felt like it was fighting to stop, making it unsafe—especially since I transport my children. I stopped driving the vehicle out of fear. Management requested details and video evidence, which I provided. I never received a response. I previously owned a 2024 Honda Accord EX and never experienced anything like this. This has been an extremely frustrating and unsafe experience involving a brand-new vehicle associated with Honda.

I came here to get an estimate for some damage on my car. I do first want to say that most everyone I spoke to was kind and super professional. Excepting the last person I spoke to, customer service was a 10/10. But I didn't end up getting a service here because: when did car service and repair centers like this stop giving out quotes/ scope information before payment? I'm not unreasonable, so I understand that price sometimes changes after the full scope of work is physically evaluated, but you want me to hand you $750+ without having any sort of notes or list and only incomplete verbal direction on what services you plan to perform on my car? Idk about you, but that doesn't make sense to me. I trust them to know what they're doing, which is why I went there in the first place, but not blind trust. I don't know about everyone else, but I need some sort of reassurance of what I am paying for before I just chuck out almost 1k. Majorly disappointing, as I left with my car issues unsolved and I had to really hassle the last guy I spoke to for the most minimal information. It came across as him being obstinate and talking in circles trying to get me to leave after a while. I am fine with paying for things that have a clearly defined scope that I am able to research and fact check.

Once again Matthew Santana took great care of me & my CR-V!! Successfully replaced my Wireless Phone Charger, which is working perfectly now! And successfully replaced a Power Steering noise issue, no more noise now!! Matthew was kind enough to hook me up with a Loaner Vehicle as well, which made the entire experience very positive & super easy! My CR-V was serviced with a lot of care, even got it back all washed up & clean too, which totally put a huge smile on my face! AutoNation Hollywood has amazing customer service! They don’t try to hustle or pressure you at all. When they bring an issue to your attention, they clearly explain it and let you know how soon it should be fixed, without forcing anything on you—which I really appreciate. My service advisor, Isaiah, was absolutely great! He took the time to show me the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even offered a complimentary car wash, which was such a nice touch and something I hadn’t been offered before, even after coming here multiple times. Overall, the service, communication, and turnaround time were excellent. From start to finish, you truly feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend AutoNation Hollywood!

This is a incredibly frustrating experience, especially when you’ve planned your entire day—and your kids' schedule—around their timeline. Managing expectations is a basic part of service, and they failed on nearly every count. Since you are a professional, you know that a $500 service should come with professional communication, not radio silence and broken promises. Formal Complaint: Service Department Failure – Appointment 3/4/2026 To the Management Team at AutoNation Honda Hollywood, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership starting Wednesday, March 4th. I arrived for a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment and was assisted by Isaiah Hernandez. I was told the work would take approximately five hours. Based on that estimate, I left my vehicle with the intention of picking it up later that day. At 1:00 PM, I received a call stating the car would not be ready, and we agreed I would pick it up the following morning. As a gesture for the delay, Isaiah offered a complimentary interior and exterior cleaning. The service failure continued as follows: Lack of Communication: I waited until 10:00 AM Thursday for a status update. When I didn't receive one, I spent two hours trying to reach someone. It felt impossible to get a human being on the phone. Inaccurate Information: When I finally spoke to someone at noon, I was told the car was ready. However, when I arrived, the car was still being worked on. Personal and Professional Impact: Because of these delays and the false "ready" confirmation, I was forced to cancel two afternoon appointments and was extremely late picking up my children from school. Failed Deliverables: I finally received my keys at 4:15 PM after paying nearly $500. Despite the wait and the specific promise made by Isaiah, the "complimentary" car wash was never performed. To be clear: I paid full price for a service that cost me an extra day of productivity and significant personal stress. I received no apology and zero follow-through on the promises made by your staff. As a loyal Honda owner, I expect a much higher standard of professional accountability. I would like to know how AutoNation intends to rectify this experience and ensure that other customers are not subjected to this level of mismanagement.

I leased a brand new 2026 Honda HR-V at the beginning of October. By mid-November, the display touchscreen stopped working. As a result, I have no access to GPS, music, the reverse camera, and the charging port also doesn't work as it's all connected. I brought the vehicle to the dealership 11/24 and was there for two hours, only to be told that the required part is on backorder and could take months to arrive. This indicates that the issue is already known for this model. I later called to request an update and was told someone would contact me within the hour, but I never received a call. I followed up again a week later and asked for the issue to be escalated on 12/19, yet I still have not received a response. It’s now 12/30 and no follow up. OVER A MONTH AND NO FOLLOW UP. This situation has been extremely frustrating. I was sold a brand new vehicle with a known issue, I am actively paying for it, and the defect significantly impacts everyday use and safety. On top of that, I have received little to no assistance or communication regarding a resolution.
