Good afternoon I address the general public to be very careful with these people because they have more than 3 months without paying us some bills for batteries that were used by them without having any answer for the payment I leave the recommendation to the suppliers of spare parts so that they do not happen the same thing that happened to me.

This company scams innocent customers. They took thousands of dollars from me and did not give me what I paid for. I’ve been trying to fix this issue over several months but the customer service is horrendous. Do not buy or get any type of service from them. They are not honest.

Very bad customer service, plus they or a bunch of scammers, Denzil Rowe the owner is running a chop shop out of this establishment, my motorcycle was stolen and the tracker track the bike back to this address. I confronted Denzil and he wouldn't let me serve the property to see if my motorcycle was there.

One of the employees sells counterfeit/fake/illegal merchandise on online marketplaces seemingly just to take advantage of people who dont know, now I can only imagine how many cars go sold from here with plenty of issues that they market as 'fine'. Never shopped here, but never will. Red flags everywhere.

I’ve been coming to First Rowe for over 5 years now. They have fully been servicing my BMW. The service I receive is reliable and communication is effective. As a woman I feel that the team is not trying to get over on me when they advise of things that need to be maintained. They also provided a rental car during the time my car was being fixed. This was so helpful and I was so appreciative. They are honest and everyone is friendly. The young lady at the front desk is super sweet and warm.
