In the past, my husband and I have come to this specific Tire Kingdom (Pine Island) and they have always treated us fairly. So when my vehicle stopped working properly and I was alone - (I realized I wasn’t far from this shop and had my vehicle towed to their location). I was confident that if I could get to there shop, that I would get the help I needed. Sure enough - they were professional and empathetic about my situation. They didn’t treat me differently because I was a woman. They kept me informed as they diagnosed my car issue. I am thankful and would recommend them to everyone because they took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

I would first like to say the customer service that was given to each customer was amazing! Terrell made sure to speak with every single person that entered the door and made sure each person was help within 2-3mons of them entering the building. The prompt attention was great my appointment was at 9am I arrived 10 mins early and my car was being pulled in to start work at 9 am. The entire staff was great they made conversation offered water and explained everything that was needed for my car and explained prices. First time coming to this location. Staff was Friendly and attentive. I brought my own tires and pressure sensors. They installed them on the spot with no appointment. I had a slight issue with vibration after I left. Brought it back the next day for them to check. They quickly jumped on it with no argument and they rebalanced all the wheels. They found there was an issue with the balancing and corrected it. Truck is good as new! Thanks guys for doing a great job and handing the issue right away. I highly recommend this place.
