Stopped in for a small fix and not only were they able to help me with it but were so kind. As a woman with no car knowledge I’m always a little nervous about being taken advantage of because I have to totally trust whatever the mechanic says. That wasn’t the case here at all. If you’re expecting to have a good detailing done to your car, go somewhere else. These people wouldn’t know attention to detail if it hit them on the head. Not to mention they took a solid 5 hours, to return my vehicle in a condition similar to what my 14 year old son could’ve accomplished in about an hour. And to top it off customer service was non existent. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.

Attention to detail, hand car and truck wash. They use good detailing and auto care products to make your vehicle look as if you washed it yourself. It usually takes an hour of your time unless you drop it off. I love watching them so I spend the hour! You won't be disappointed and if you are they'll make it right. Tip the boys good...lol

Move to the neighborhood recently and didn’t have a trusted mechanic. Ferrara staff were diligent and amazing diagnosing the problem and less than two hours later I was good to go with my car 💯 fixed and a welcoming detailed wash! This is the third time that I have gone to Ferrara Automotive Service, this is honestly the only place I really trust and feel good about about taking my car to get a get serviced or whatever it needs.
