When on vacation, my car caught on fire. The wiring harness burnt so bad. After calling my insurance and having an adjuster from a local south Florida company come, they said it would be roughly $4500 to fix. I brought it here. It took over 3 weeks to for them to do the work. I paid them my deductible and got my car. It was making a funny noise and my air conditioner no longer worked. I took it back to them and they said they actually new my air conditioning wasn’t working and it was their fault that they would fix it free. They call a week later and tell me my car is done, mind you I’m on vacation from New England that has now been extended almost 4 weeks because of this. My husband goes to get the car, the man at the desk says they just need to drive it across the street to the other garage to drop something off. Sure no problem. He would not let my husband drive and when they got there he took the keys and put them in his pocket. They go inside the other shop and he starts telling my husband it’s another $500! My husband said no you broke it you said you would fix it free. They argued, my husband had the spare key and went outside and got in the car and drove away. This guy got in a mustang and followed my husband down alleys screaming to anyone outside to call the police that his car was stolen. My husband gets to our hotel and the mustang pulls in behind him along with Hollywood police cruisers and Broward sheriffs, they even helicopters. I had to show my license, registration and insurance card to prove it was in fact my car and my husband didn’t actually steal it. They still have my spare key to this day. The employee ended getting a few tickets. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone. My car was never the same after that, which I know it had a fire, but they didn’t put my dash back together right, and my steering wheel column was actually missing the bottom piece because they “lost it”. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Don't go to world tire and auto repair. They stole 4 lug nuts off the front of my vehicle and I got a flat tire from all the screws and mess in their parking lot.

I got quoted one price on 4 new tires and then when I got there the girl in the office quoted much higher price plus mounting. She also had us wait at least 10 minutes at her desk while she had conversation on phone with her friend. Office management rude. I use to love this place but noticed a few years ago a change going on and much higher prices. I found a better more friendly place just 2 or 3 miles farther away. Two brothers own the place and are as nice as can be. And I got the price that the first place had quoted me over the phone. I won't be going to World Tires anymore.

I had a positive experience with Jack and Mario. I found them to be courteous, thoughtful and responsive. I know next to nothing about vehicles, but they were very helpful. The prices were fair, and I had a nice experience. I dropped off my new used car for inspection. A few hours later they called to tell me that it needed a few things that they explained and when necessary they were able to show me what was needed. The work was done quickly. Sure, I spent more than I wanted but the piece of mind was worth it.

After going to two tire places around the area, the first one with only two people working and the second one with a 3 hour wait and very poor customer service, finally found on google, World tire and gave it a try, from the moment I arrived, even though they were busy, they greeted me and within 10 minutes checked out my car and diagnosed the problem, my tire was fixed and I was out in less than 30 minutes, the price was reasonable, the entire staff very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back to this place, I highly recommended!

Long story short. I came and changed one tire. The tpms stayed on after replacement - no big deal, I thought. It will recalculate later - never happened. OK went to the official dealership - they noted the broken tpms sensor. Went back to this place - they said would change it in an hour. So I came back in an hour, mechanic confirmed that I came back with the light on right after the service. But they decided to play hide and seek, stating the manager will come back in 30 minutes. Laughing it all in my face. No surprise after 30 minutes I was suggested to wait another 30, cuz manager is on a lunch at 5pm. Sure. If you want people who does not hold their word - that's the right place. If you want to feel like clown - you're welcome here.

So far so good, I am impressed. Recommended by a friend I went in for new brakes and fluid flush. Was offered up 3 clear and fair choices on the phone. No pressure sales, surprises, or up charges. They were true to their estimate and timeframe. Both Abigail and Carlos gave off an honest vibe, listened and understood my concerns, put my mind at ease, and the mechanic took gentle care of my low mileage and greatly loved 16 yr old baby. I thought I'd give this place another try. Terrible. Scammers, unqualified to fix. They don't fix the problem and they didn't refund 100$ for giving 0 information that I didn't already know, and just drove the car around the block. Didn't even consider a refund to me. Before I went to another place, and they did a diagnostic for free. No charge. They deserve low rating. Last time was bad too. They recommended like lots of repairs for just 1 issue. I have the $ many times over, but, I'm not giving it to these type of places.

Manuel patched my 2 tires soooo quick! I literally drop my car off, told them what I needed, and walked to the store. I get back and he’s filling the rest of my tires with air to make sure they are all filled properly. Even checked my spare tire!! Man talk about customer service. Didn’t even ask just did it!! Good to see people still care!! ANNNDDD the price was perfect!!
