Their front office personnel are rude and unprofessional. It’s surprising that this store employs these people where good customer service is needed. Their manager was helpful and understanding to my complaint and he’s best to make things better but seems his hands are tied to replacing bad employees. I went in for 4 new tires and just had my windows tinted. I asked him to please not to roll down windows. He totally brushed me off and sure enough they rolled the windows down. I complained to one of their men in the service area and he said it didn’t matter they would not be liable. I then went to the service manager and he apologized and would pay for damaged tint. So then customer service at the desk is a problem and has been for a long time. So if you go make sure your requests are put in writing . Better yet go somewhere else . They do not deserve your money.

Ordered two tires from them and I brought my 2 wheels already off the car and had to wait 3 hours to get two tires installed and balanced. When I finally managed to return home I find that one tire had the bead seated completely incorrectly to the point of being unsafe and unusable so I had to walk back to Costco with no car to get the issue fixed. They managed to remount the tire correctly but they must have not re-balanced the wheel because there are vibrations coming from it. I even told them what car the wheels were for so that they could fill the tires to the correct PSI which is 28-29 but instead they put 40psi. I tried to make everything as easy as I could for them and they still butchered the service I paid good money for. This is the first time I ever had a negative experience at Costco and it will be the last because I have cancelled my membership here. If you really care about how your wheels and tires are treated then look elsewhere.

I went for a puncture in my tire, and when they tried to sell me a new one they told me that it was new near the edge.I went to TirePlus and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Don't waste your time.

Poor customer service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told my car would be ready in 1 hour 15 to get new tires installed and balanced. They took 2 hours. That may not sound too bad, but while driving back home, I noted my steering wheel was wobbling. This is a clear symptom of unbalanced tires. Now I have to go back and complaint so they can fix this. What a waste of my time.

The 1 star is because the tire price is good, other than that it should be no stars! Customer service here is non-existent. I was supposed to get a call in 2 to 3 hours when my car was ready. 5 hours later - no call, so I went to check on the car. Saw that it was done. Maybe it's a labor shortage and they are forced to use tire techs for the front desk. It's obvious they are not trained in customer service. When I was motioned to come to the desk the "gentlemen" asked if I was there to pick up. I answered yes and showed him my papers. He gave me a look like he couldn't be bothered, reached back to the rear counter and then threw my keys and paperwork on the counter and walked away. No excuse for the rudeness. Worst Costco experience I have ever had. Looking forward to Discount Tire opening soon in Weston - definitely my source for tire service next time.

Went there for a flat tire the staff is very professional from the from desk to the mechanic that delivered the vehicle. Best price in the 2 miles range .it's recommended to set an appointment for faster service since it's a busy location.

I ordered some tires online, but they are past the delivery date. When I asked the clerk at the register for an update, she said they were delayed by another two weeks. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve notified me of the delay. The clerk refused to cancel my order in the store and told me I could only cancel it online. What a backwards business model.

Worst customer service. Staff talks to you like you are stupid and get mad at you for the most minor inconvenience. No reason to go there, other tire shops also offer free rotations, fixes, and will price match.

Bought a set of tires for my SUV, good price but customer service SUCKS!!!! RUDE all the way, every point of encounter with employees was not better than the one before. CRAPPY experience for sure, will make sure to look for another option when buying tires for my other SUV

I will get this place zero stars if I could. Only one staff member at the front counter was nice. Everyone in the shop acts like they don’t want to be there and are extremely rude. If you have an appointment, you’ll be waiting at least 2 to 3 hours if you don’t have an appointment count for all day. This was my second time here, unfortunately. The first time They broke my lug nut with the lug nut key from being careless.

I made an appointment yesterday for today at 3:15 to get a tire fixed, I even showed a picture and video of the tire to know if they could actually fix it but they said they would know the next day on the appointment. Today i go in at 3:15 to have my car in they made me pay like 20$ and told me it would be 1 hour or an hour and a half. Like an hour later they call me saying they cant fix it and that i needed to change 2 tires with no explanation at all. I went in to see what happened the guy just tells me that same thing he said on the phone, that i need to change two tires with no reason why I told him no, so they just gave me the car back. I went there at 3:15 and got home at 4:40 wasted more than and hour and 20$ for them to not even try to fix my tire or explain why they wouldn’t or couldn’t, they just tried to sell my a pair of tires which were probably unnecessary since they didn't explain why.

Carmethia R ran the front desk exceptionally well. I was checked in for the appointment promptly, given an estimated wait time & told I would be notified via cell when my vehicle was ready. I did my shopping while waiting & was called by tech as promised. He fully & kindly explained the condition of faulty tire. Apparently, one of my tires kept loosing most of its pressure because my novice teen driver hit a divot on the side of the road a few days ago. This foray into the jagged concrete shoulder caused a “chunk” of the brand new Michelin (per tech) to go missing. Luckily, tire was under warranty so it cost about 25% of a new one. In and out in 90 minutes. A new tire was seamlessly ordered by Carmethia & a spare mounted on until new tire arrives. Service couldn’t have been better and now I don’t have to hang out by the air gauge at the gas station on the daily! The flat was a big nuisance; very relieved! 🙏🏻☀️🙏🏻

Don't buy tires @ Costco-Pembroke Pines I bought Micheline Cross Climate at this location. The tires have some manufacturing defaults and they keep getting flats. I have been there five times in last a few months to fix the flats. On 08/19, I took my car for a flat repair and to see why these tires having so many flats. They inspected the tire and never fixed the flat and told me that it is too late to fix the flat and I should come back tomorrow. I filled my tires with air pump and left. I spoke to the Manager David and requested that I am not happy with the tires and I would like you to give me prorated credit and give me new set of tires. He said come on 08/21 and he will put some notes in the system. I showed up @ Costco and the Technician Mr. Tercel was extremely rude and told me that "I can't give what customer want". He wanted to inspect the tire again and waste my another two hours. I rebuttal with the explanation that please look into the history that how many times I have been here for repairs, the tires may look physically fine but something wrong with them, I have no fun coming here again & again. Mr. Tercel raise his voice and told me that manager is off today and I should see him when he comes back. Mr. Tercel should go to corporate training to learn how to speak to the customers. He is an illiterate, ignorant and arrogant person! (for the lack of the better word) I hope Mr. David Monday sees this message and takes some action. Meanwhile, I am running my car using portable air pump, I guess that's why I bought expensive Micheline Cross Climate Tire @ Costco -Pembroke Pines.

Declining Tire Service at Pembroke Pines Costco I’ve been a loyal customer at the Pembroke Pines Costco for years, but the Tire Center’s service has seriously declined. Twice now, I’ve ordered full sets of tires—was told they were in, showed up for my appointment, and only two were available. Clearly, my tires were given to someone else, and no one reordered them in time. It’s frustrating and shows poor inventory management. Worse, I had a flat with a nail and came in early hoping for emergency help. I was told by an employee named Tercel I’d have to leave the car until 6 p.m. or the next day—with zero effort to help, despite buying the tires there and needing the repair to maintain my warranty. His attitude was rude and dismissive. I ended up going to Tire Kingdom—no appointment, fixed in under an hour. The only problem is my warranty would be voided but convenience is worth it Costco used to be better. If this is the new standard.. — Victor

I came in today 10/29/2024 for 1 tire and the staff “GREG” was rude and condescending for no reason and looked like he hated his life.. it’s as if he doesn’t want to make money for the company with his demeanor/attitude and it honestly turned me off I almost left without purchasing the tire. It’s a shame because I came 2 weeks before and Jorge helped me with my 3 other tires and he was very helpful and kind. I see why Greg’s certificate is on the bottom left corner blocked by the PC computer compared to the rest of the techs

Don’t ever come here for your tires they say is a 1:30 hour appoinment and then they will take 2.5 hours just ridiculous to change and balance 4 freaking tires. Never again a friend told me to come to this costco tire location because they do a good job but awful service and last time I change my tires at costco in flagler they threw away my wheel lock now that I think about it I don’t even know why I came back

Bought from Costco Tires all tires value more than $2k made appointment to change appointment was at 11:15, car went in at 11:36, at 14:00 was not ready yet… they send me to get it at the exit where they take out the cars out and had to wait in the rain another 30min to get the car although from reception told me that is almost ready. Not the best service. Really dissapointed.
