My college aged son has a used Honda that was throwing a check engine light. I called Avery's and explained what was happening, hoping that they could get it repaired before my son leaves for next semester. Just by explaining the issue and the make, model, and year they already had a good idea what was wrong. Their hunch was correct. I quickly received a quote and approved it. They ordered the part the day I dropped it off and had it fixed by the next day. Easy, no fuss, and the car appears to be running well!

I had to take my Sierra to Avery with problems involving the cat system. All the staff there were very professional and courteous, and I was kept informed throughout the process of having my truck repaired. From the time I dropped my truck off until I picked it up was pretty quick, considering that all that had to be done to repair it. If you’re in need of car repairs, this is where you need to go, a place you can trust with people who do what they say they’re gonna do!

I have been coming here for 20+ years for many different vehicles. Recently my 2002 Lexus needed the power steering pump replaced. Within about 2 months of having that done, I noticed a leak had developed from the new pump. After informing Avery’s about the leak, they recommended that I bring it back for them to inspect. Turns out the first pump did not come with the seal that connects the IAC valve, which is where the leak was located. Avery’s ordered a new pump and seal kit and replaced the whole thing free of charge. I am extremely grateful for their honesty, integrity and willingness to stand behind their workmanship.

I hit a pothole, and my splash guard came down. I was about to go to work, and it was dragging but not too bad. I didn't want to take the chance that it would get worse on my drive home after working the night shift. I called in and told them my dilemma and asked if they could do a temporary fix, like removing it or tying it up until I have time to come in for a repair, and they told me to come on in. They took care of the issue within 30 minutes, and I made it to work on time. The quote for the actual repair is very reasonable as well!

BEST SHOP IN TOWN I am a 22yr old teenage girl and know NOTHING about cars. It started blinking 3 lights and I panicked. I took my car to 2 auto shops and they both quoted me about $1200 in repairs and labor. When I took it into Avery’s they immediately knew the issue. A coil was completely missing and by simply putting it back on he saved me over $1000! They could have taken advantage of me like the last 2 shops but Avery’s has done hard honest work. I 100% recommend taking your car to Avery’s Auto Repair. The service there is phenomenal!

I have always received Exceptional Customer Service from Avery’s when they service my 2014 GMC Terrain. However, they exceeded my expectations today: I called Eric at Avery when my battery died at the carwash vacuum area. He offered to stop on his way to lunch and got my car started with his jump starter. Eric went out of his way to do that, and I am very appreciative. I proceeded to Avery’s shop where Jerrod efficiently and professionally replaced the battery and got me back on the road. Just in time for my road trip tomorrow!

I've been taking my vehicles to Avery for more than 20 years. They've always done excellent work, never tried to upsell me things I don't need, and never make me feel embarrassed when I ask dozens of questions. When Eric took over the business from Rich many years ago I had some qualms, but he's seriously knocked it out of the park! Same great service, same reasonable prices, and now with all the latest technology. They'll be taking care of my cars for as long as I have any!
