Purchased a used travel trailer from Freedom RV in February. They were kind enough to let me store it there till May. I just picked it up week ago. The people here are awesome. Took very good care of me and had my trailer ready when I arrived. I stayed in it on their lot for couple of days taking care of things and learning how to use the trailer. They taught me all I needed to know to get me feeling confident and ready to go. Canât say enough how good this company is. I definitely recommend them and believe they go above and beyond in their service. Very professional, helpful, fair price and take extra care of their customers!!! So glad I got my trailer here . Am a newbie in all sense of trailer life but very happy with my trailer and service I got here. Way to go : Freedom RVđđđkeep up the great work!!

Stopped at the Marana store. Wasn't impressed with the salesman's response "what do you want a new one for this price". Then talking to the service manager who had to be pulled out of the office didn't go much better. It was like I was bothering him. I hope you're treated a little more respectful if you go there. I wouldn't or won't!

I guess they were just having an off dayđ!! I dislike giving bad reviews, but I have a responsibility to my beloved camping community. Weâve been Avid RV enthusiasts for the past eight years, weâre purchasing our 3rd well equipped 5th wheel. My wife wanted to give Freedom a shot, quickly realizing it was a bad call. Now this is a great example of poor management poor training poor Customer Service! Staff sitting in the messy lobby, looking at their cell phones not the clients. No eye contact or greeting. Walking towards the lot, we were then met with a sales person on their feet. I shared with him what we were looking for, He took us to the lot without pulling up the inventory list whatsoever showing us units that did not meet the criteria we were looking for. He was clueless to the length of the fifth wheels I had to look up the information myself. Would be glad to share thesalespersonâs name, but he never gave it nor gave a business card. There were two possibilities I found on the lot, but we felt the experience was so laughable we had to leave, My conclusion is that they focus on internet deals, not in person sales. As a business owner, I was truly disappointed in how they managed their inventory with no specs provided, lack of info and poor protocols. Fortunately there are four better options close by. Good luck guys, hope you have some ON days soonđ„č

OUTSTANDING REPAIR SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This review is well overdue, but I am compelled to say that our experience at Freedom RV of Tucson was nothing less than AMAZING. Based on a recommendation from our motorhome manufacturer, we drove our rig from El Centro, CA to Tucson with a full wall slide that was jammed completely in at the front and extended 15-inches at the rear. As you can imagine, we looked like an airplane driving down the road. When we arrived at Freedom RV, we were met by Ms. DUSTY SHARP (Service Advisor) who checked us in and kept us informed every step of the way. Long story short, we spent 10-days in Tucson while we awaited parts and authorization from our extended service plan company to complete the repairs. ERIC DRYJA (Shop Foreman) assigned SCOTT as our repair technician. SCOTT exceeded our expectations and completed the repairs well ahead of schedule. Kudos to BRAD WHITE (Service Manager) who should be very proud of everyone in the service department! They are PROFESSIONAL and extremely competent. If you are anywhere in the Southwestern USA, Freedom RV of Tucson is the best place to bring your RV for service/repairs!

Edited review: After having a wonderful experience with the service department, we contacted FRV with an interest in placing our unit on consignment, with the intention of purchasing a new unit after it sold. We made numerous attempts to contact Mario by phone and email, but never heard back. We then reached out to Tony who had shown us the new unit that we were interested in buying. He told us that he would get with Mario and then back to us. That was months ago and we are still waiting. If itâs that difficult to reach someone to place our unit on consignment, what will the experience be for a potential buyer? ââââââââââââââââââââââââ We chose to drive a significant distance to take our RV to Tucson for some extended warranty work. We had an excellent experience with Freedom RVâs service department. Dusty was incredibly easy to work with, accommodating any request and keeping us updated. Decisions about purchasing are often made based upon the quality of service, and we will definitely be seeing this dealer when we purchase our next RV.

This was a big sale at Freedom RV this weekend. What fun!!! There were plenty of campers to choose from, new and used. The prices seemed pretty good, the salesmen were not pushy and there was a delicious free bbq lunch provided along with free tasting from other vendors. Thank you Freedom, for a nice day!

Update to my review. I love when I go out places and I lift the motor that you replaced on my pop-up and it's loud as hell I have gotten to tell over 15 people who said that that was loud as hell and they didn't think the roof should fall down either but I love being able to tell them about you and you're the one who did the job I got to meet a man from Tucson Arizona who has one and he used to use you. Listen to my words he used to use you same thing you don't know what you're doing when you work on stuff. So I'm leaving it the way it is so every time I take it out and I lift it and it's loud and I annoy people and they come and talk to me I get to tell them freedom RV and Tucson did this to me.

Bought a 2006 carriage carry light 36ilq from these guys a couple years ago the rv reeked of cat pee when we got it delivered. when buying the rv they left the windows open so we couldnât smell it ! They also were supposed to fix a built in vacuum in there they had a guy come out the day of the delivery and âfixâ it. Realistically all he did was take the dam thing apart and put it back together, called it good. Be careful!

Our experience purchasing an RV was made even better by the amazing team here. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. A special shoutout to Briana (super sweet lady) the receptionist her warm smile and friendly attitude made every visit a pleasure! The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable process. Highly recommend!

Worst mechanic experience I've ever had and it almost killed me. I have wasted many hours trying to communicate to these mouth breathers, take your business elsewhere. Paid them thousands of dollars for an inspection and some minor repairs to my trailer. I typed out the whole story but itâs too long to fit so hereâs the headlines: 1: Disabled my trailer brakes and nearly caused an accident. They worked fine before bringing it in. Their mechanic said he âfixed a wireâ on them but they donât work anymore. 2: Both of my freshwater systems leak. They did not check during the inspection. 3: A/C blower motor is also seized and wasnât found in inspection. 4: Tried charging me $175 in labor to install a nose mounted battery. 5: I addressed these issues to the Shop Foreman Eric Dryja. He couldnât care less and told me itâs my problem to pay out of pocket for when all I was asking for was a refund on the inspection, not the whole bill. He was incapable of basic math and had zero sympathy or accountability for their faulty work. 6: Service Advisor Stephanie had several continuing issues with communication. Including ignoring me for 4 days until I went down in person to get some answers. I can go on and on with more examples. Just save yourself the headache and take your rig somewhere else. Donât pay $175/hr for professional work just to be left with a sub-amateur job done by morons.

We have bought or sold 3 RVs through these guys and canât say enough good things. Pierre got us into our first unit (a C-class), gave us our first driving lesson, and then helped us sell that one when we were ready to trade up. Last month, he referred us to Christian (at the Marana store), who helped us get into our current trailer when we were ready to downsize. These guys are trustworthy, helpful, and just really nice. Highly recommend!

Awesome đđ, did I say awesome already. We came in with a list of items and they were efficient, highly communicative on everything and even finished early. Stephanie gets two thumbs up in service customer service and Aaron gets two thumbs up and two big toes up. He was over the top with his knowledge and service. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Possibly the best RV repair experience EVER - never thought I'd say that! Whoever installed our auto levelers on our Forest River Class C at the factory must have had a bad day because the hydraulic lines were criss-crossed, so the unit would never level. We were referred to Freedom as they have a lift. We scheduled an appointment and met with Dusty Sharp, the Service Advisor, to discuss the issue. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care. We got a call later that day saying the repair was done and the bill was less than $100!!! Dusty's positive attitude and empathy with our issue really made a difference. If you need RV service, Freedom is the place to go and be sure to ask for Dusty!

Worst RV shop Iâve been to, an absolute joke of a business. Incompetence from the mechanic, service advisor, foreman, and now the general manager is trying to make the list. I left a previous review giving some of the highlights of just how horrible my experience was here. The GM James Pruett publicly replied to my review asking me to email him to work it out. So I sent him a very detailed and respectful email about my poor experience, ways he can fix the situation, and included some extra details and interactions that wouldnât even fit in the Google review. Itâs been almost 3 weeks with no response. Iâve tried calling, no answer there either. I was irritated with their workmanship and service in the month it took them to complete very basic work. I was pretty mad after finding out how many major problems they missed on their inspection. I was furious when the foreman took no accountability for all the issues despite their parts and labor guarantee. Now the GM has the audacity to pretend to care, only when itâs on a public review. After nearly killing me (they disabled my trailer brakes) with no signs of remorse, itâs now personal. So congratulations for being my first ever complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This place has it all! Poor service, slacking workmanship, blatant overcharging, and a complete lack of accountability. Hey James, how about this time you respond to my email or call me back instead of just pretending you care on Google reviews. While youâre still on Google, search the word âintegrityâ, I think you could benefit from it.

Went looking for a part. I stood at the parts counter for about 3 minutes and nobody came up to the window. During this 3 minutes, there are two employees, a lady and a gentleman not even three feet away yapping away. I was not acknowledge from the time I came in nor while I was waiting. I guess customer service now a days is suppose to come from the customer not the business?

We purchased a pre owned RV from freedom, and I must say we were very pleased Our salesmen Tyler was GREAT. NO PRESSURE PATIENT, and VERY HELPFUL. We later had an issue with something and it was solved almost instantly Both Tyler and James the manager were GREAT. I HIGHLY recommend Freedom, they are a family owned store just like the good old days where they truly care Thank you to Tyler our salesman, and James manager for your service Pam and John Lind

We purchased our rig 2 years ago from these folks and the sale went as expected....other than the laundry list of things broken, not working as intended, delivered to us with dead bugs and very dirty...but we were instructed to put together a list of issues and bring it back in as soon as we could (this was a brand new RV). After WE CLEANED it from top to bottom we took it back with the laundry list....needless to say they had it for over a month!! We kept calling and calling and were told they had to order the new 'fireplace' as it was under warranty and it took weeks to get it. Anyway, fast forward 2 years and we loved our rig and used it quite often, but as life changes so do ones needs so we decided to consign the rig back to Freedom RV. The consignment manager, while pleasant, seems to be very part time, never answers the phone, rarely answers voice mails or emails. He priced the rig over 6 months ago and felt it would sell right away because it was immaculate......we never got updates or calls to discuss reducing the price we always had to call him and then had to wait days and days for a reply. His favorite words are 'I'M SORRY' about everything - the phones didn't forward to the voice mails, he never got the emails, and on and on. We even finally called the General Manager who was clueless about anything! This place is not run well, does not know how to communicate or follow up, they don't seem to have enough help and the only person with anything to do with consignments seems to be part-time! Get some help, hire another consignment person, answer the phones, return emails, answer voice mails. In the end, it took over 6 months to sell our rig and we had to drop 'their' price by $13K to get it to sell....and we asked several times about the price and were assured it was fine. The sale finally funded (took 3 weeks) and our funds are supposed to arrive today. We would never recommend this company as customer service does not seem very important to any of them.

As a full-time RV enthusiast and traveler this by far has been the best experience Iâve ever had when needing service done Eric the service writer is top-notch knows his stuff and is extremely attentive and accommodating. Scott, our technician is amazing in his own right very thoughtful and pays attention to the details, such catching things that others had missed. I canât say enough about this place. They truly are amazing with an amazing crew.
