Had an issue with my 2021 Montana and called and talked to Jamie in service department. She has been great and when I drop it back off she has contacted me me about concerns. Amazing service and we are grateful. Orlando the the tech doing the work answers all my questions and concerns. As I am that guy that likes to talk to the people doing the work as well. Both are great.

We came in to dump our rv tanks because we are Good Sam members. When my husband asked where the dump station was, she said there weren't any. My husband said then where do the service members dump the tanks of the rvs? She literally said, "I just come here to this spot, then I go home". My husband was shocked she said that. If I was with him instead of in the car, I would have asked for the manager. He didn't because he doesn't like confrontation. I hope they can get someone more helpful and personable in the near future.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I purchased a brand new heartland travel trailer. After the first use, the top of the trailer came off. I took it back to Camping World to be repaired. They repaired the roof and the 2nd time I used it the same thing happened again. I returned again to Camping World to have it repaired, but they refused to repair it-even though it was still under warranty. I am heartbroken because my family was looking forward to enjoying time together camping but with its current state we are unable to use it. I do not recommend buying from Camping World.

Terrible sales experience. I made an 1130am appointment and drove from quite a distance to see a used camper. The salesman was late. He chose to meet with another customer that walked in and atill had not acknowledged me 30 minutes later, even though he said it would just be 10 minutes. Also as soon as I called to inquire about the camper, the price jumped 4k overnight. I left and the salesman caught me in the parking lot with excuses that felt insincere. I will not be back. No integrity here.

Worst absolute worst experience ever took them 8 months to fix issues they were suppose to fix when we bought it then they moved our trailer hit another trailer and took another month to fix damages . We just took trailer out batteries were dead and wired wrong employees had been using our toilet bc we emptied all tanks and they were 1/3 full absolutely disgusting!!! Our Bedding was ripped off the beds the people running the place have no clue what there doing I have no idea why this company is still in business !!! Please go somewhere else for your RV needs !!!

We walked in pretty close to closing. We needed a new skylight for our trailer. We asked Eric, an employee for assistance. He found what we needed in the computer and went in the back to find the part. Then found another part we needed. He apologized for taking so long stating he was still kind of new. We didn't think he was taking long at all. He was so nice and helpful. He found everything we.needed and even offered to help us carry our items. The.store was clean, well organized and stocked. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Good customer service. They did not carry the small plastic part I was looking for. However, the gentleman behind the counter offered to look in their shop to see if they had one laying around. I appreciate the extra mile he took to try to help.

We had an appointment for a simple oil change on small RV 2015 settled a week in advance since we are travelling … at arrivai first they said unpolitly we were too early for our 11am appointment … but you gave us an appointment at 10am (written e-mail as a prof) … oh it’s a mistake… and at 11:45 our RV was still sitting on the waiting pad outside… and then they made us aware that it will be done in the afternoon may be but for sure in the next 24 hours … What !?!?? No way ! We asked for our keys … and they gave us the wrong keys after signing a form saying that they gave us back our rig …. another problem… Finally our RV appeared in the front parking … keys on the bench … We went away after few of these hours of waiting … good luck, you will need a lot … i’ll never be back !

Horrible had to make several complaints to get a call back on. Finally after two weeks I get a call about the thousand dollars I put down for an rv and trying to get returned to since I didn't get approved for the RV. No they won't give me back my thousand dollars. Stephanie in finance is horrible never returns calls emails. Frank alright sales man tries to bamboozle you in to the RV he wants to sell you big joke of a company here in Tucson I. Sure other locations run a lot better corporate take a look at this place holy moly

Beware, after attempting to work out a deal with camping world I had to walk away. Right off the bat they added $2593 of dealer junk fees in their initial proposal. Business as usual for a dealer like this, so not unexpected. After stating very clearly that I would not pay any added fees beyond state mandated fees, things got weird. The salesman told me he'd "help" me but that "they" wouldn't let me see the final OTD price until I was committed to buy. Imagine committing to a very expensive purchase without knowing the price lol. So you know, thats a huge red flag, do not stand for that. I shared a few emails back and forth with the sales manager and eventually did get to a point where their biggest junk fee could be removed, a $1994 "prep fee". However, I was told that I would be taking the trailer "As-Is". This amounted to meaning a few things but worst of all, I would not receive a battery with the trailer. Rendering it inoperable. Reaching out to Keystone, I found out that batteries are factory equipment and if not supplied in some model cases, it is expected of dealers to sell fully operable units to customers. Camping world will withhold necessary equipment from your new unit if you do not bend to their predatory profit hunting. I ultimately walked away because they refused to remove the final junk fee of $599. A documentation fee. These are not mandated fees, you do not have to pay them. Camping world will throw a sale away over mere hundreds of dollars. This dealership is shady, predatory, and will sell you a non functional unit if you don't let them screw you for every dollar they demand. Do a google search and shop multiple dealers at once, and help to create a healthy competitive environment for them to have to operate in. Become an informed buyer and do your research on mandated fees, junk fees, and predatory tactics. Camping world can afford the deal you need, can you afford the scam they want?

Very happy to hear the good news that employees will no longer need to deal with the awful work environment under the service manager , Darren Kramer . Our family went through a lot , and I know so did many others . Sad it took this long , but Glad corporate finally saw it as well . Hope customers and employees alike are treated much better and things are more efficient now with the shop changes .

Bought a travel trailer here in December 2025. Transaction seemed fairly straightforward. As everyone knows, they stick buyers with a mandatory, overpriced “package” that includes a varying mix of accessories and pre-delivery inspection & cleaning. Irritating way to pad their sales price, but they won’t budge on it. Buyer beware though: Make sure you are extremely thorough in checking everything over when you pickup. I ended up with 3 keys, only 1 of which actually works anywhere on the trailer. Even worse, I discovered when I got it home that folding tray tables that come standard with the trailer were missing. Probably grew legs as it sat on the lot. Have followed up multiple times, from my sales rep all the way to the GM, and also commented in post purchase survey, but have gotten zero response or resolution. Literally been ignored. Seems once they have your money, they don’t care any more. Shame to have to worry about items missing from an expensive purchase, but apparently that’s the reality here.

Decided the exact camper I was buying, and went down to see it with my own eyes before handing over the cash. They would not allow me to see it without signing in with my personal information which I will never give unless it’s for the office paperwork to purchase. They lost a cash paying customer for life! I’ll check La Mesa RV and see if how bad they want a sale.

Well this is a bitter sweet review because Dillion our sales person who assisted us was extremely patient and his professionalism was exemplary! Dillion never wasted my time and his integrity is intact. It's bitter sweet because we didn't give him our business, which he had earned. Unfortunately it was Camping World who wouldn't match the price of an RV in their store with the price of the exact same RV listed at San Antonio, RV. Therefore we purchased our RV from San Antonio RV. Thank you Dillon it was a pleasure and you're truly an asset to Camping World.

James, the Store Manager, was great. Very patient and knowledgeable. Helped us while we shopped in store for a couple hours. We are newbies and just recently purchased a used 5th wheel from a private party. Camping World’s prices were surprisingly competitive. We got a lot of needed accessories, new mattresses, a Blackstone Grill and a new Good Sam’s membership. Thanks James!

Very bad service. Everyone there was just hanging out no one bothered to come ask if I need it help. Maybe because I'm Latino they gave me a dirty look. I'm very disappointed with the so call.friendly service. I even walk all around the store. No body even made the minimum effort to come over. And ask if I need it something.

No customer service, the staff turns their nose up at you, at least they did to me, my husband could not even get the guy in "service" to look up a lousy sink stopper, so with all of this, they'd be getting no stars if possible. Too snooty, and exorbitant prices, so it'll be an extremely rare occasion when we will be visiting the store.

Camping world provided my son a camper as his wish from Make-A-Wish foundation. We cannot express how grateful we are for this camper. We received a 2026 keystone Coleman 17b & we love it so much. They were so sweet & a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for this special gift to our son.

Refreshing to purchase something in the last few years form people that care for their customers. 5 stars to Simon Burruel, Orlando and the personal in the parts department. Everyone went over and above in helping with my purchase. I been buying RV's off and on from 1979 and this by far was one of the best experiences. Thanks

Approaching retirement, my wife and I decided to purchase our 5th RV and began the hunt. We knew what we wanted. We read RV reviews, looked online for camp trailers, and educated ourselves well; before kicking tires throughout Tucson. One place we visited, Camping World, is well known throughout North America. They paired us with a kind soft spoken, extremely polite, sales representative named Simon. We provided Simon with a laundry list of needs and desires. After a few probing questions, Simon seemed to understand what we were seeking and summoned a limousine to ferry us throughout the massive Camping World facility. Okay, perhaps it was a golf cart. Regardless, Simon gave us VIP treatment each time we were on the property. He never showed us any camp trailers outside our desires and needs. He didn't “sell” us anything. Simon was like a flesh and blood AI that provided as much information as we needed and wanted; thereby allowing us the opportunity to make an informed decision. Between visits to Camping World we visited a nearby competitor. From our initial contact when we met their rep, throughout the tour of their inventory, and as we were departing… the rep at that other company was full-on bad-mouthing at every opportunity. “That big corporate giant” down the road. “You'll be treated like a number if you go over there.” “They'll try to up-sell you on something expensive you don't want” and so forth. As we were departing that business, my wife said she would never purchase anything from that company; because of their unprofessional business tactics. In fact, her distaste was so profound after visiting Camping World’s competitor, she suggested we just go back and make a deal with Simon. …and we did! Back we went to VIP Central and Simon. We did make a deal and have just completed our first shakedown trip in our new camper. In short, we are HAPPY CAMPERS because of Simon and Camping World. Thank you Simon! P.S. I know a thing or two about sales. My wife and I spent a lifetime in the retail arena and easily spotted competency and professionalism in Simon and Camping World. The nearby competitor was the polar opposite. Their approach reeks of desperation and ethical shortcomings. In my opinion, the very best place to acquire a camp trailer is Camping World.
