I did not ever enter the store. Overnight stay is not recommended with a long trailer. Shorter RV would be ok. There are a few spots behind the gas station next door. The highway is loud. The train goes by all night.

We purchase an Rv from here years ago , was a great experience, if you need an Rv go see Mike the one that’s been there for ever, he’s a good guy and will get you the deal you want. They also have a great parts counter and accessories store. Join the good Sam club and get discounts on purchases and Rv parks.

Tried selling us a trailer with water damage but covering it up and then using every excuse in the book. Bobby one of the “sales managers” was the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Take your business elsewhere

Only go in there for parts &/or to buy some camping things for our 5th wheel.
But, I swear the help behind the counter they just get ruder, they don’t want to get off their bum too help you. (The counter in the back) You just leave aggravated & wishing you never stopped in.

Not only did we have to take our trailer back 2twice because they didn’t do the job right then they get paid by my insurance for work not done yet and I had to call to schedule it they didn’t call me they messed up and didn’t do a full inspection on my mom and dad’s trailer when buying and sent it home with a broken leveling system then proceeded to tell my parents they already knew about and ordered the parts but didn’t notify them of the issue so I called to get my money back for the work they haven’t done to go else where that was 5 weeks ago now and I’m still waiting!!!!

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would.. We purchased a trailer for 30k cash and I left a deposit of 1k on the trailer over a month ago and was promised it’d be delivered two days later. When I show up it’s the wrong trailer and they tried telling me it’s the one I purchased. Then they go ahead and promise me they’re going to add those things missing and will deliver it. I then proceed to give them cashiers check thinking they’ll do the right thing. Didn’t hear back for at least a week only to find out they cashed my check and I haven’t taken delivery of my trailer. I asked Adriana Sanchez one of the manager for my money back and then she says to come back on her day off and talk to Brandon de Rollo the other manager who told me I could trade in my trailer and he’d give me 27k!!!!!!! Mind you I never took delivery of trailer at all!!! Took over a month to receive the amount they said and then it still came out less. Horrible place, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO BUY HERE!! BRANDON AND ANA WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SALES INDUSTRY.

Purchased a brand new travel trailer in June. Took it out 3 times and noticed some issues that needed to be resolved; emergency window would not open, the storage doors were catching, the door to the rv would not close properly, our fridge stopped working during one of our trips. Dropped our rv off and was told it’d be a few days, a week later they still had it and we are contacting them to get any kind of updates. Finally they got it in the bay. We got a call a few days later that it was ready to be picked up. My husband went to pick it up and they wanted to charge us $222. All of these issues should have been covered as this was a brand new rv. They “so generously” took off $75 because we lost food during our trip with the fridge outage, but still charged us $147 for everything else. Nobody called us before hand to tell us these things weren’t covered under warranty either. The service after making our purchase has been subpar and we will be contacting the general manager to see how to proceed. I would take extreme caution before making a purchase from camping world as it has been issue after issue since we’ve made our purchase and they don’t communicate.
