My alternator went out and he was the only place still open. I called AAA SND I WAITED FOR THE TOW TRUCK FOR TWO AND A HSLF HOURS. LONG STIRY SHORT TOW TTUCK NEVER C A ME. SO JUSTINS WIFE CZME AND BROUGHT ME A BATTERY SO I COULD MAKE IT TO THERE BUSINESS. SHE ALSO GAVE ME A RIDE HOME. VERY HAPPY AND THRY R VERY NICE PEOPLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Justin has been my go to mechanic for several years. He does good honest work for a lower hourly rate than most. Automotive air-conditioning seems to be a specialty and for me has gotten my AC frigid cold on different vehicles.

Total rip off. Went to him because he said he didn’t charge for diagnostics as others do ie $165 in the door, so we left our car with him for 5 days to figure out why it wouldn’t start when warm and had the engine light on. He couldn’t get to it until day 4 but somehow said he spent 6 hours at $95 an hour just to tell us it would need a new battery in the future. We paid it because he said he got the engine light to go off and checked fluids and drove it for a hour and it started for him. But nothing was fixed - no repairs were made. The very next day the engine light came back on and the car wouldn’t start after it ran, ie, same issues, so I asked for a partial refund and we got a barrage of nasty texts back. Terrible experience and clearly not a good business person. Thinking of filing a formal complaint with the state or KGUN.

This was an emergency last minute help while on the road with my 2017 Ford Fusion. We called the mechanic last minute, late in the evening, and he was more than willing to help, inviting us to come in right away. From the start, he was incredibly transparent about what was going on with my car, giving updates and walking us through any issues he encountered.
What impressed me most was how hard he worked! Putting in serious time and effort like it was his own vehicle. Something that would’ve probably taken weeks at a dealership was done in just 2-3 days also was reasonable with his quote. You can tell he genuinely cares and hustles to get the job done right. I’m beyond grateful for the quick turnaround, honesty, and dedication. Highly recommend!

This guy should not be in business and after what he did to my truck, he should be in jail. 6 months, he had my ford F350 for 6 months for a check engine light. $4,500 in cost to diagnose and repair EGR cooler. I get the truck back with a missfire, a clogged DEF filter, and the turbo stuck open. I took it to a reputable place, turns out the repair on the EGR was done wrong and it filled with coolant that over flowed into the engine and hydro locked the cylinder, then continued o to the manifold and clogged the DEF filter beyond repair. Do not trust this guy, run, run far away and as fast as you can. I would sue him, but that would be more money out of my pocket and a meanless judgment he could never pay.
