Falconworks helped work on my car and did an amazing job. The team is knowledgeable and responsive and the quality was exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend.

I had my 05 jag s type sedan there for a transmission reprogram problem around 3 years ago. Their fee was half of what the jag dealer estimated, and the car has been performing flawlessly ever since. Love the business.

Had rear differential replaced and front shock examined on 88 Vanden Plas. Both have since failed and are the only components on the vehicle to fail in 8 years, the front shock fully compressing on my way home from Falconworks. I love jaguars but do not like this repair shop.

Xlnt Service and, ethics. Remember, it's on the higher side of price.. Wish they offered Loyalty, Senior or, Military Discounts.. Owner is very capable & knowledgeable. Easy to talk with. π Update.. Gave my 2004 Discovery and another unlicensed2003 D2 to Falconworks FREE. I had invested $30k, some thousand in Restoration efforts. Nope. Know that as these SUV's get older, many "things" exceed the Capabilities of your Shop. Think Twice .

I am in Atlanta and needed a car in Tucson inspected for a potential purchase. The folks here were very responsive, kept me completely informed at every step of the process, and gave me options to get the information I needed about the state of the car while also saving money on inspection costs. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and my only regret is that I don't live in Tucson so that I can continue to do business with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++

It seems that this company does not care for new customers. I scheduled an appointment for my Disco 2 being aware that it was going to take a couple of months to foresee my vehicle. Contacted the company in order to check status of appointment, representative mentioned that I was not on the list nor their system. I waited 2 months for this shop to service my vehicle for practically nothing. I would not recommend it due to the inability of proper system of service.

I wish I knew about this shop BEFORE my LR4 had a broken coolant line. Alan is brilliant and would have had us fixed our original coolant lines as a precaution. Unfortunately the other place we took it to, did not tell us how easily they fell. I will never own a Land Rover again, but thank you to falconworks for your expertise and help.

Recently moved to Arizona with the military after leaving Germany with a Euro spec 1990 Defender 90 200tdi. In an effort to find a specialized shop I stopped by and introduced myself to Holly and Alan and told them about my truck. I have not had any service with them yet, but they seem like great people and the shop has all the charm that a Land Rover dealership doesn't. I am looking forward to working with them.

Sheer Genius. The work Alan and the crew did on my P38 was above expectations. When we couldn't find the parts needed at any price, Alan simply fabricated them. I say simply, but anyone familiar with these cars knows, there is no simply. Only place my car goes. Period.

My 03 disco 2 is currently being looked at in the shop. So far this is the best experience I've ever had with any shop in Tucson. Holly has been amazing over the phone and these guys have my full trust already. The people who comment with bad reviews are usually always people who made their experience bad for themselves, or from what I've read, aren't even clients. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother reading the lower rates reviews because there is no information there.

Great Land rover mechanic!... he took the time to tell me over the phone, free advice to get my Land rover started when I was stranded. We are new to Tucson, and have never been to this shop before, but they instantly began helping me. They were so nice and helpful in every way, they saved me from being stranded and getting towed. They definitely know Land rovers. This will be our shop in Tucson now.

My range rover abs pump was making some noise, so i sent it to falconworks to do their bench testing. After they gave me an expensive price to rebuild it saying everything in it was bad, i decided it wasnt within my budget and asked for it back. They sent it back completely disassembled in a box. I was unaware a "bench test" involved a complete disassembly, so I paid shipping both ways and 60 dollars just for them to scatter my pump into a box.

I have brought my automobile into this shop several times. Itβs one of the few shops and Tucson that can work on this car. They are slow, extremely expensive, and the car will often come back with more problems than it went in with. The owner may have been a good mechanic at one time, but he just doesnβt care anymore. The irony is heard that they donβt even have a lift in the garage. I have a lift in my garage. I would never Bring my car to this place again, and I would urge you not to do it

Although the main issue hasn't been addressed, they cleared the codes on my jag and it hasn't come back since. ABS and TC are now OFF. These guys know what they're talking about, and if we can't fix something, at least we know who to take it to if all else fails! Thanks guys, shout out love bug

My recent visit to Falconworks left me with a positive impression, making it a strong contender for future automotive needs. I have read many positive reviews about this shop, and while the website is a bit dated, it does give some great information on the shop and its employees. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist (Lilly) whose warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. She was attentive and took the time to address my inquiries, making me feel valued as a potential customer. Despite stopping by on a busy Friday afternoon, the owner (Alan) took time to speak with me. Alan Is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. Despite my unscheduled visit, he patiently explained the shop's services and demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. I left feeling confident in their expertise and commitment to quality service. While I haven't utilized their services yet, my experience at Falconworks has left me inclined to consider them for future repairs and maintenance. With a welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff, they seem like a reliable choice for British car care. When the time comes I will trust Falconworks with my classic Jaguar.

My truck sat for almost three years due to the ABS Pump. I received a recommendation to send my pump to Falconworks, and I am eternally grateful that I did. Josh was great from start, amazing customer service! I got the pump back sooner than expected, followed the instructions provided, and the pump is working great! I can thank you all enough, keep up the great work! Antwan R.

In my experience I have found that finding a reputable Rover source can be challenging. Here at Automotion in Baldwin, GA we have been able to depend on FalconWorks and have always been pleasantly satisfied with their reliability, quality of services/products, and knowledgeable customer service. Six Stars should be an option.

It took almost 8 months to get my car in there. But, even the Land Rover dealership had my car for over a month (93β Range Rover) and they wouldnβt fix it. These guys are pros! Bang up job! Very happy with them. When it needs repair again theyβre getting my business forever. PS Have a backup car and patience - returning customers get in faster.

I bought a used 2021 Jaguar XK8 from a dealership in Gilbert (ok not the smartest thing but I love the look of that model). They maintained they performed many necessary repairs and the car was running perfectly. I love driving the convertible around town but soon the check engine light was on, the ABS warning light was on along with another warning light. Well it's an old car and for just driving around town I just ignored it. Until one day I tried to drive it and no steering - the power steering fluid had leaked out. Had it towed to Falconworks. The guys at Falconworks repaired the power steering line but they pointed out the probabilities of the warning light problems and did I want to go further? I agreed and they did a thorough evaluation. Check engine light, leaky manifold. ABS, bad module. They evaluated and repaired all the issues - in fact the ABS module replacement part isn't around anymore but they knew a company that could refurbish the existing one. And they kept me informed about everything going on with the car and issues with old Jaguars. Man these guys know their cars!! And they are so friendly and informative. I'm glad to know Falconworks is around as I want to continue driving my Jag!
