Had an issue with a printer we were given from another company. I couldn’t log in to the printer to connect it to our network, and Axis had serviced it in the past so I gave them a call. Rick called me back really quickly and had me up and running in about 5 minutes over the phone. He was really helpful and friendly, and even helped me figure out how to connect this (wired) printer to our wireless network and gave me some equipment recommendations. I can’t recommend Axis and Rick enough! Great experience with them!
