I've been coming here for service in regards to my leased Chevy for the past two years. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, attentive, and committed to helping me get back in my vehicle as soon as possible. I came in because of an engine light blinking on the panel. Luckily, my leased car was still under warranty so the attendant informed me they could fix it at no additional cost. Thank you to all the staff at Jersey City Chevrolet Parts / service department!

I own a 2002 Chevy Suburban and a Ford Focus and I will only use this place! Lynn is the best and her main goal is for you to leave happy! I have been using them for years and I will only use this place to service my vehicles. The only reason I purchased a Ford from the Chevrolet Dealer is because I wanted to continue to have Lynn as my service adviser. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and the amazing customer service that she provides!

Absolutely horrible. I wish I can give zero stars, I had an appointment for 8 am, Left my car there for just break check and did not receive no call backs the whole day of the progress. When I tried to call back all I was told was that the person is on break at 4 PM. When I went to the shop no one wanted to talk to me because nobody had any words, they were pointing fingers at each other and they told me that they haven’t even looked at the car yet. I wasted 9 hours for ABSOLUTELY nothing. My whole day was wasted working with a professional company. I can take it to a some corner store garage and get it fixed in 3 hours. And lol they told me to bring it back tomorrow.

I have a problem: I bought a new engene from you and they gave me a guarantee for 100k ml or 3 years, 8 months have not passed and no more than 30k ml and there is already noise in the engine. When I came to your dealer workshop, they ask me for the engine number!!! Excuse me, I bought specifically from you, why can't you see for yourself, but demand the engine number from me? I paid above cost and almost 8k$ for the engine. And now your employees are playing and do not want to fix it under warranty. What does it mean that the warranty is false? I'm waiting for your answer, I think everyone who reads now is wondering if the warranty covers or others will have the same problem!

I usually go here for my maintenance and oil change since my car is under warranty. I recently went in for an oil change and they charged me for a stripped lug nut and stud. I have never taken my car anywhere else for service nor have I ever needed to even change the tires. So for the lug nut and stud to be stripped must have been the mechanics error. To make me pay for a mechanics error and mistake is completely unacceptable. Its basically robbing the customer. There's no reason to go here if the service isn't top tier. You can go somewhere else for cheaper with the same service.

They told me the problem would cost $668. 2 weeks later problem started again and they told me it was something else and it would be $1200. I’m sorry BUT I would NOT RECOMMEND this Chevy place on 440 in Jersey City. No way no how. Even got an oil change for $70 DOLLARS. And they couldn’t even put the little sticker so I know when to get the next oil change. Save your money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Spectacular Service. My 1st oil change for my new Chevy and I was impressed. I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but it was alright. My car was completed in the allotted time provided. The entire staff was friendly as well as professional. This oil change was free but I am considering to continue with the remainder of my oil changes here.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment 3 days ago, they told me to come in on Thursday at noon. Came in they said I didn’t have an appointment. Two employees telling me two different sides the elderly man with glasses behind the counter told me it was busy because they were down mechanics. A Mechanic told me prior to me speaking to the elderly man that it was slow. So this company’s employees are not on the same page. I could imagine those higher up in hierarchy.

Needed to have another key made for my truck and gave them a call. I explained my situation and they promptly transferred me to parts with out the run around. They took my information found my key told me the price and put the key to the side so that it would be ready. I got there gave them my key to copy 10 minutes I was done. Great Job Chevrolet, keep up the outstanding service.

Been coming here for service for all my cars...for about 20 years. That should tell you something. Hadn't been here since before the pandemic. Kenny told me he had recently been thinking what happened to me. Figured I probably bought a new car. Nope, but my car needed the AC checked. It blew through refrigerant I added, so I had them check it out. They didn't find a leak. Refilled the refrigerant, and added a tracing dye...just in case there was one. Told me to drive it around 100 miles. If I lose the refrigerant...bring the car back. Also had the oil changed. Price was reasonable like ALWAYS. Great service, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Even though sometimes i go there and i never get greeted right away (cause everyone is always seemingly so tired), when u do finally get someone, they are knowledgeable and always ask u if u want a 5 dollar gift card so that u can enjoy some IHOP while u are waiting. The wait is never too long though, just 2.5 hrs for an oil change etc. I especially loved the lady there, i think she might have been new; her name was LYNN. She was excellent and very informative!

I have been going to this place for a few years, I come from NY all the way here because of how good and fast the place is. Staff does well in hearing concerns and I can always come here knowing I won't get charged for other unnecessary parts or jobs done to my car. Wonderful Service! I am a first time car owner and this was my first car service ever ! so I was a bit anxious haha .. I called a week ahead to schedule my appointment.. best to call than schedule online.. as I over heard they were having issues with scheduling online... Both Lynn and Ken are very polite, super helpful and both provide amazing customer service 🧡.. my car was done within an hour or so .. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my car needs... & will definitely recommend this location to anyone.. Thanks again😊!
