HORRIBLE SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
BMW Placed Service Request at 9am dispatch advised vehicle would be picked up within the hour… called every two hrs & we were told vehicle is next in route for pick up.
6 hrs later vehicle still not picked up… final contact with dispatch lady was incredibly alarming and highly Unprofessional. Dispatch employee used profane language with her fellow employees and was screaming at her children - claimed to be working from home.
This company has no idea how to operate their business and manage their employees. Very Disappointed to see BMW contracting with this service provider.

We need a CASH pay tow. They had the best rates. Driver arrived in the promised time. A wheel had broken off the car making it very difficult to move, however, the highly experienced operator knew just what to do. He carefully limped the 3 wheeled car up the ramp and got it back off the truck in a tight parking spot with out any issues. We were highly impressed. We will be saving this #.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with B&C Towing through my roadside assistance. I found myself stranded in Tucson in June, dealing with intense heat, and needed urgent help. Unfortunately, B&C Towing made a stressful situation even worse.
I called several times for an update on the ETA, and each time, I was given a new, longer estimate. What should have been a straightforward rescue turned into an hours-long ordeal. Waiting in the blistering Tucson heat is no joke, and the repeated delays were unacceptable.
The lack of clear communication and reliable service was incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a company entrusted with emergency roadside assistance. I hope B&C Towing takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future customers. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
UPDATE AFTER B&C’s response to my initial review:
Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify a few points.
Firstly, your claim that you were dispatched at 1:20 PM is incorrect. My roadside assistance made contact with your company at 9:05 AM, and I was initially told that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) would be 90-120 minutes. When I called again at the 2-hour mark, I was informed that it would be another 45-60 minutes. Despite this, when I called yet again, I was told it would be an additional 50-60 minutes.
I found it highly unprofessional and unacceptable that each time I called, the ETA was continuously pushed back. When I asked why the times kept changing, the individual on the other end simply stated, "well, it is an estimated time," which did not provide any reassurance or clear explanation.
Thankfully, the agency that eventually took over gave a reliable estimate and arrived within the promised time frame.
I hope this clarifies the situation from my perspective and highlights the need for more accurate and dependable communication in the future.

My car was towed over Memorial Day weekend: Tuesday morning comes and nobody will answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full. Google reports their hours as 24 hours during the week, so I get a ride across town to try and pick up my car, nobody is there, doors are locked. I’d imagine they’ll charge me for holding it another day, even though it’s their fault we couldn’t make a pickup appointment for their listed business hours. I’ll be trying again first thing Wednesday morning.
Business hours not reported clearly, voicemail full, won’t answer the phone. When looking at other Google reviews, the fact they have a trash rating and NEVER apologize, they double down and blame each of the reviewers, it’s amazing they can manage a business this way.
