Absolutely amazing service! My Mechanic went above and beyond when my Nissan’s transmission started failing. Their team immediately jumped into action, contacting the warranty company on my behalf and managing the entire process. I was so relieved (and honestly surprised) when they got the repair fully covered under warranty. Not only did they handle everything efficiently, but I also got my vehicle back much faster than expected. Their communication was clear and professional the whole time. I had some squealing coming from my serpentine system, and I was in the area for work. These guys got me in right away took a look at everything and realized it was the second tensioner pulley that had gone bad. They ordered depart had it in the next day. During the repair the engine block bolt. Connecting the tensioner pulley to the engine block snapped off. They scrambled around called everybody. They could finally found a bolt they had to order in. Because I was in the area for work they allowed me to use their loaner car for that night at the next to give them time to fix and replace The sheared bolt. These guys went out of their way to help. Make sure I could still get to work with a running vehicle while waiting on the repairs. Very professional would highly recommend, and I would personally work with them again anytime

This place is such an awesome place my gear shifter went out on me. I had it stuck in park and had to use a screw driver to be able to get out of place to drive. These people went above and beyond to help me fix it. They even gave me the options to help me out when the price was to much for me to cover it all st once. I will never go to another shop ever again. These people are nice, trust worthy, will not rip you off, and will do what they can to help you out. I highly recommend this place to others.

I figured they most know what they are doing and have a large customer base if they opened another location around the corner from their original spot. Great repair shops still exist! Was driving through Tucson on my way to Inde Motorsports Ranch for a little racing action. Unfortunately I looked down and noticed what appeared to be an indication that my alternator was going south in real time. After freaking out, I Googled repair shops and this place came up. The the reviews looked legit, so I stopped by. Desperate for some help, these guys stepped immediately up and went completely above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely worth your business. Cannot say enough about this shop!!

Billy the owner of My Mechanic stands by his work. We had oil get into our coolant system which is a pretty big job to fix. He replaced several parts and did a total flush of the coolant system. The car drove great for about a week and then a defect in a part that was replaced caused the motor to blow. No fault of Billy's team he went ahead and replaced the motor at no cost to us AT ALL. He even gave us a loaner vehicle. Instead of blaming the manufacture he took full responsibility. Three words to describe My Mechanic Integrity, honest and trustworthy. If your looking at getting any work done look no further and just head to My Mechanic and ask for Billy. If I could give 100 star review then I would.
