Really unhappy about the way they handled my situation. I went to pick up my belongings from my totalled vehicle, only to realize my daughter's Ray Bans where stolen. They did open my vehicle to take things out (specifically glove compartment) where the Ray Bans were. The front desk person did nothing to help.

I recently purchased a Saab 9-5 from this lot, twice. Same car. You see, in my rush to own said vehicle, I selected the buy now option. Unfortunately for all parties involved, I skimmed through the terms&conditions and as such was unaware that the fees would still be included and had not been part of the buy now price. What was a price I was able to cover became a price I had no hope of paying within the agreed upon time frame. When I say I did everything I could to come up with the money that includes a GoFundMe, which ended up working. But the day the wire transfer was sent was the day the contract ran out, and so by the time it cleared the next day, the car had already been relisted, and I had been charged over $900 for a vehicle I didn't own, and the rest of my money tied up in a car that wasn't mine. In today's corporate world, you expect the big guys to stick it to you. To look at you like you're nothing but a dollar sign. I knew that if I had to pay the fees I could not purchase the car. And they could have kept my money and told me rebid and when I didn't they had that money and the car to sell still. When I tell you I was beyond upset, I assure you that was an understatement. Pity to the general manager who had been on vacation when all this began, and so his first day back he walks into a Karen episode on like GMOs or something, and the whole time, I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna make "Hey honey, I lost a grand on...stupidity?" sound romantic. But, Cesar picked up right where the assistant manager Jeff left off, maintained his cool and professionalism, and worked to get me my vehicle. Out of sympathy, compassion, to shut me up, who knows, but he explained to the billing department what had happened and corporate or whoever's agreed to waive my late fee, which in turn lead to the broker waiving their fee as well. In all honesty, I can not say that I would recommend this to everyone. But I can definitely say that if this is the route you're going to take to purchase a vehicle, there is no company that will put in the work to earn and keep your business that copart of Tucson has. The professional manner in which they conducted themselves, the willingness to work with me even when I was irate and rude, and the humanity of such a small gesture in this really big chaotic world where so often we as individuals feel forgotten or not heard, for someone to just for a moment stop the wheels from turning, and to fix the mistake, was honestly the best $1800 I've ever spent. What I thought was gonna be one of the hardest hits my family was gonna take to date turned out to be a moment that reaffirmed my faith in good people.
