Manager Brian was my hero! Traveled two hours to get the vaccine and picked up a nail. Had Run Flat tires and no spare but I was further than the 50 mile range. Three places told me the tire I needed was really hard to find but recommended B&G. I called and Brian told me he had a substitute that would get me home until I could find a Run Flat tire to match. I got there and soneone had sold it so the store inventory was wrong. He called the warehouse in American Canyon and asked them to expedite it. He could have just told me “sorry lady,” but he didn’t. He helped me out of what could have been a real inconvenience. And the mechanics were busy too! Brian was very friendly throughout and got me on my way! Seems like B&G Tire has a huge inventory. It was a very big showroom with a very comfortable leather sofa that I just about fell asleep on. Turned an unfortunate development into a decent experience.

My family has been using this business for close to 20 years for all our tire and alignment needs. The service has been quick and affordable. The staff responsive. To the point that when I got my new phone it came with an app connecting Google locations to reviews. I was exploring this app and inadvertantly left a one star review. Quickly I recieved a call from Brian at the store asking what they did wrong and how to fix it! That is what good customer service is about! We have retired and moved to the Sierra Foothills but we still travel over 100 miles to buy tires at B&G. Thank you Brian and crew!

I must say I never imagined buying a set of new tires would be such a delightful experience but It really was! Everyone including Brian, Myron and Sarah offered such friendly, courteous customer service. I explained our somewhat unique tire situation and I believe Brian noticed we had somewhat of a special need and it was as if he actually cared, as did Jim, So the Low Price Deal they gave us was really exceptional!!! The asst. Mgr. (Enrique Solis) was very helpful and accommodating. They were very busy the day I arrived for my scheduled appointment due to an employee calling in sick. However, he managed to have my vehicle service & I was out in no time. He pointed out a nail that was sticking out on one of my tires and ensured me the tire is repairable. I would definitely recommend this shop to perform repairs/replacement on your tires, wheel alignment, brakes and oil change.

I got to teach my son how to change a tire last night at 11, when he should have been sleeping. Seems that curb jumped out at him, and he split the sidewall of the front left in two places. I looked around online and was surprised to find a tire store with such great reviews. The minute I got out of my car I got a taste of why. The technician taking a break in the back was friendly and directed me to the front desk for help. As I was heading to the counter another technician was helping a regular customer by trying to find a slow leak in his truck tire. The man at the front desk was busy, but he let me know it would just be a minute in a friendly way. When I explained what I needed he went with me to check the car, and he inspected the tire on the rear side to be sure there was not any damage I had missed. He suggested a range of tires from budget to best, and there was no pressure at all. He simply let me know what my options were. While he was helping another returning customer showed up and was greeted politely. She was worried about something and he assured her that she could come back as often as she wanted and they would inspect it. My car was done on the fast side of the 30-40 minute expected repair times. I could not have been happier with the service I received, and I suspect that most people leaving here feel the same.

Had a flat tire so I took it to B&G to get it fixed. Enrique showed me where the hole was, on the sidewall so it could not be patched. I bought 2 new tires and was extremely pleased with the price of both and the service. There is a nice parking lot with disabled spots close to the front doors. There is an adequate seating area with benches. Be prepared for the overwhelming smell of rubber in the waiting area. I will always go back to B&G for tires and brake work.

I have been using B & G Tire in Vallejo for about 25 years. The first manager, Richard was great. The 2nd manager I dealt with, Brian, was wonderful. Unfortunately, due to health issues Brian had to resign. The current manager, I haven't dealt with much, but the counter man Ty is great. Ty is polite and knowledgeable and seems to enjoy people and his job. The service in the bays by the employees through the years has been very efficient and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brian is the man! Very professional, friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. I brought my car in with an emergency replacement needed, and Brian was able to help me right away, with an hour before closing. Ive been getting tires here for years, the last time in (a month or so ago) I came and saw a lot of new faces. I asked about it and the gentleman who was helping me tild me they recently purchased the store. Everyone there was great and while I never had a problem in the past.. these new guys impressed me a lot! I came in around lunch, and when they couldnt reach the warehouse, one of them went on their own to pick up my tire and had me out of there in no time! Great quality of employees and management!!
