It's really too bad that zero stars isn't an option. After being rear ended pretty badly I went with them from the insurance recommendation because they had the highest rating of all the options. They gave me the run around from three different people then gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting conflicting information. Told me the parts needed would take at least 30 days to even arrive and couldn't get a work order estimate for me despite their "promise" that I would get it before the end of the day, when I took my car in at 9am. I nixed the insurance recommendation and went with a local shop I had worked with in the past for my own out of pocket repair. The other shop did the inspection, prepped and got the work order approved, and got me out the door in less than an hour. From the time of repair to finishing up at the paint shop, the other guys have my car ready after 10 days. Maybe they don't treat their other customers like that, but from my own experience, I'd never even consider this place again.

From the looks of it my vehicle is much smoother/ better from what it was originally! only thing I wasn’t happy with is the areas that they re-painted they re-scratched/chipped the new paint an the turn around for my car was not given back to me on the day it said It would be, not having my car for a few weeks made me not even want to bring it back to address the new painted areas because of how long I already didn’t have my car. Service / communication was great with Myra she was very helpful an awesome customer service. A kept me in the loop with what was going on and the concerns I did have were out of her control she did her part.

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of work I took my brand new Mercedes Sprinter 2500 to this body shop for a small dent repair, and it turned into a frustrating experience I’m still dealing with. While Tony, the staff member I dealt with, was polite and helpful at first, the actual work done was extremely poor. When I picked up my van, I noticed brand new parts sitting loose on my seat, including the Sprinter 2500 emblem. I went back in, and they called one of their guys to install it on the spot. He didn’t measure anything, just eyeballed it and slapped it on. It ended up crooked and misaligned, which was honestly unacceptable. Worse, when I got home, I noticed damage to the rubber door seal, and paint bubbles in the area they worked on. Four days later, my van wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Mercedes in Fairfield, and after diagnosing it, they told me the issue was caused by someone tampering with the battery and wiring, likely during the repair. I contacted Tony immediately and emailed him everything Mercedes told me, including the diagnosis. He asked for the email, which I sent, but it’s been over a week with no response. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, and still no follow-up. The only reason I brought my van here was because they had a big enough booth to fit it ,but I now regret that decision. The lack of professionalism in their repair work, the potential damage they caused to the electrical system, and the complete silence after the fact is unacceptable. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially for newer vehicles.

Mayra was so kind, professional and knowledgeable when it came to my car needing repairs. She answered all of my questions, kept me updated thought the repair process and made my life easier by having my car in and out in just 3 days! When I arrived to pick my car up, it looked brand new!! They were nice enough detail the inside and vacuum the interior of my car as well. Good communication Repairs was not handle fully. Car was took in inspected with me to go over what needed to be done. Get car back with soke dust all over dashboard. Seat lever broken while in their procession (new head ache). Don't let me forgot they had my tire well in my trunk so I can throw it away. Gave the car an tire alignment but no new tires. The right front tire was hit so it had a gash on the side wall n no cap on tire hose after beening hit. Didn't replace it so waiting for that still. Mirror was hit (same side) but wasn't repair until taking back in to have it inspected again. Last paint left on window seal after painting door.

I talked to Regina to set an appointment, she was fantastic at her job. She reminded me to ask my advisor Myra questions about repairing my vehicle. Myra was not there? A service man tried to help me, but when I asked him about the value of my car after repairs he put his hand up and said hey we are not responsible for the value only repairs. I asked what type of inspection they do? Can you explain the process? Is there a safety inspection? Like 38 point inspection check? He said "no""stop", dont do that? What do you mean sir, Don't ask? Then how do I know if my vehicle is safe after the repairs. I drove away not feeling like they care about my vehicles safety only the visual repairs, I called back to talk Myra, she apologized for the bad interaction and told me my service was cancelled by progressive. When I asked Myra to speak with the manager she told me they are at lunch.

10/10 would recommend for any body repairs !!!! I needed my wheels repaired after an accident and sought out a reliable body shop to do the work. That's where Caliber Collision came into play. When i arrived I was greeted by Mandy who put my mind at ease because of how kind, funny, and helpful she was. I was later assigned to Mayra, the estimator, and she explained the process while managing my repairs. Mayra was very thorough, insightful, and knowledgeable about my vehicle concerns and made sure I had the utmost clarity on what was happening. I could not have asked for a better estimator to assist me. If you are ever seeking a body shop and are in the bay area this is the place to go to!

Do not go to this location Long story short, the people working there are nice and service is great but they will take shortcuts and will not honor the warranty on their work. My car’s rear quarter panel was damaged and I had it repaired by Caliber Collision in Vallejo in 2020. The damage was big enough to the quarter panel that the panel should have been replaced. At the time they assured me that they could just put some filler and it would hold. I saw that they warranty their work so I thought nothing of it. Four years later and the filler is starting to separate from the body panel. I made an appointment and they agreed to look at it. The manager looked at it and starting making excuses saying someone must have hit your car or someone was leaning on it and pushed it enough for the filler to separate. He said they wouldn’t warrant it. I’m so disappointed in this location of Caliber Collision. I’ve been here twice and have had great experiences but good customer service can only compensate so much for shoddy work and a fake warranty. Also, unrelated side note but while I was having my car fixed there for a week, my windshield wiper fluid lines were either chewed up by mice or damaged by the staff and they wouldn’t take any responsibility for it and fix it so I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I let it go at the time because I just wanted to have my car back. Again, don’t go here.
