Great experience! Justin took his time to help me out with my battery which turned out that it needed to be replaced. Then a customer he knew pulled up and he asked his opinion on removing my battery and how about the customer removed my battery and installed a new one for me!!! Great Service!!! If it wasn't for Justin saying something to that customer I would have had to go to the Dealership and pay extra money. I own a 2014 Buick LaCrosse so if you've have had battery problems then you know what I mean!!!

I give O'Reilly's in Vallejo on springs road a five because the staff are always helpful never condescending and are always willing to come outside and help with something on the car if it's basic and minor. I also really appreciate the diversity of their staff especially the fact that there are women that work there and those women are on point and knowledgeable just as the men are. And as a woman I like to see that

I usually have great service. Unfortunately I bought windshield wipers , advertised free installation counter person informed me there not allowed to go outside after 5 pm. Two minutes later two employees were outside smoking. 1844 Spring Rd.π

Needed new batteries... in the rain... Sucks!!! I had told the cashier that I was a disabled veteran and as I was walking back to my truck he stopped by with his personal car an gave me a ride to my truck. Above and beyond what I had expected!! He told me he was in the army and I told him I had been as well. The batteries fixed the issue and the crew made it easier to get it done!! Thanks again for your support and for serving our country!!

I always do the same thing. I go to a different shop first, simply because itβs closer and Iβm being lazy, but then after experiencing subpar service, I decide to leave and head here. Every single time I come here with a question, the associates are able to give me an answer. If they donβt know the answer, they are willing to admit they donβt know but go on to find the answer and make sure the situation I went in there for can be resolved. The service here is always friendly, they really do know their stuff, and they have gone to extremes for me to make sure a certain part gets to me. You can never go wrong at this OβReillys

I talked to a female here she was rude and was unwilling to assist me..... I ordered a ecm for my Toyota and one of the representatives told me they'd call me once the part was at the store bo call so I called them and all she could say was YEAH UGH NO NOT AVAILABLE NOT AVAILABLE I expect better customer service from a company such as this I'll be going to AUTO ZONE for ALL future purchases

We stopped here because we had a flat tire and didnt have a Jack. There is an employee named Brian who went way above and beyond to help a couple lost customers. He picked out the best product for the car at a great price point. After he spent quite a bit of time during a 100+ degree day to help us change the tire and give us tips and tricks. I want to give him a big thank you for seriously helping out others in needs and going way above and beyond what his job requires. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! This place needs a serious amount of time to train proper customer care and satisfaction. I have never in my life been treated as horribly at any oβreillys as this one!! Came here to return an OBD2 scanner which I purchased not even two weeks ago!! They started telling me some BS about how I canβt and one of them started getting aggressive with. Some tall kid with braids and some Hispanic man with glasses. Everyone elseβs policy states that they will refund you for an OBD2 scanner within 30 days of return. Apparently this place is better by not offering the same policy. Iβve been a customer with Oβreilly for over a decade. Never again! After this experience (one that could have easily been fixed) you guys have lost another customer. I will make sure all my mechanics buddyβs track the same info. DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!

On multiple occasions, she has been rude and unhelpful, making my visits uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect respectful and courteous service, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. When me and my aunt were driving in her car yesterday to visit my dying uncle up north, the car started smoking. Half an hour after i tried to check all fluid levels at a gas station. My sis on the phone recommended we visit an O'Reilly auto parts store cause "the guys tend to be really helpful there." We had to drive 10 minutes from the freeway to this Vallejo location but luckily the car stopped smoking. I went in and asked for help. I said we were willing to buy any fluids that we might need, but wasnt sure for sure which ones. A super nice young man named Leif helped us and was willing to look at our situation, look under the hood, and he really put our minds at ease. Another guy with dreads came out and tried to help, too, though I didn't catch his name, or the name of the girl who was working at the cash register when I came in, in a bit of a panic (i told my whole story to her). O'Reilly's is lucky to have all these guys. Automotive issues can be soooooo stressful, but the people here really helped us relax and feel at ease getting back on the road. Extra big thanks to Leif who went above and beyond. Thank you!!!
