Worst place everrrrr they let me leave off the lot with a broken radiator and that was supposed to been fix.then didn’t even want to fix it I paid in full up front with no hesitation thinking they were the best because of the reviews sadly NEVER GO HERE IM WARNING YOU !!

This man is a con artist.....charged me $336 for a estate to send for insurance repair.....had to call mobile police department to get my truck back... ..he lies....changes his prices after work is done......and his employees will steal your personal property out of your vehicle......dont do buisiness...you have been warned

This place is horrible these guys will not actually work on your car they will keep your car there and collect your money while your car sits there for nothing. They are also very racist be careful with this place!

My truck was there for 2 1/2 months..It did not get fixed or even diagnosed.Kept giving me different excuses.I had to get my truck towed to another shop.. Also charged me for work that wasn't done and I still don't have any refunds for parts that he charged me for..

Had one of those “ghost “ electrical issues. Various shops around town basically guessed at the problem until one kind tech at another facility pulled me off to the side and strongly suggested that I should go and see Ken and Tommy at B&K. They were MAGIC. Found the issues in short order. Car returned in two business days still humming life me a new car. Thanks other tech. Will be back

The Owner appears to very knowledgeable but not fore-coming with an estimate, then he kind off as very arrogant and rude. He told my son “if he seen to know more then him to take his truck somewhere else” very disrespectful.

Kind and wonderful people! My care broke down at 5pm on a Friday night while I was driving through to Florida. The owner and his wife stayed open late for me and helped me with my broken front tire. Without them I would have been stranded in Alabama. They helped me for free out of the kindness of their hearts and made sure my car was completely safe before I finished the drive. Such incredible people and an amazing business, lucky to have broken down near them or I don't know what I would have done!

I would go here again in a heartbeat. Was vacationing down on Dauphin Island when I ran into a (probably) minor car issue. Started calling some places to see who would take a few minutes to talk to me about it. Couldn't find "good reviews" anywhere, and was weary that I was going to get someone who recognized that I was in a bind and was going to try to take me for much more money than my problem was really going to cost. Byron was the first one who actually answered their phone, and couldn't have been more helpful. After listening to my issue, he even told me how I could fix it myself, seeing as I was 30 / 45 minutes away from him, and he didn't want to waste my money on a simple fix. However, I told him as much as I appreciated that, I didn't have the proper tools, and would just like them to look at my car. He told me to come on up, and I did. He fixed my issue, and didn't charge me a dime more than what he quoted me on the phone before I drove up there. A+++. Next time I''m on Dauphin Island and I have any car trouble, there's no doubt on where I'm going.

I’m from Louisiana and visiting Dauphin Island when issues with my truck started. Googled car mechanics and b&k popped up. I was a bit apprehensive how I would be treated but that quickly faded within 10 minutes upon arriving when they offered me a ride back. Additionally the price was fair and I’m very appreciative of their courtesy. Highly recommended.

I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier. I had a water leak and the people at a national auto repair chain said they couldn't help me because they would have to lift the engine out to find where the water was leaking from. I took the truck to B&K because they have a sign out front that says they are a Nissan specialist. He asked if I could leave the truck with him and I brought it back the next day. Within the week they had fixed diagnosed where the leaks were and fixed them at a very reasonable charge. I am very happy with the work done by B&K.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. My car was acting weird so he ran a diagnostic test to see what was going on. He told me a few things I could try before bringing it back for them to work on. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time. I will definitely let them do the work on my vehicle in the future.

My brother visited from Texas and the ac went out on his truck. The owner said he would diagnose it and call him with the results. He even gave him a ride home. The next day no call so my brother called but no answer so he went there to see what he diagnosed. He said he hadn’t found the problem yet then offered to give my brother two vehicles and $1000 for his truck. Three days later on Saturday we went there to check on the truck and the owner said he hadn’t found the problem yet. We asked him to put the truck back together because my brother needed to get back to Texas. He said he would get it done that day so he could get us out of his hair. I’m not sure what we did to cause him to say that. He never called so my brother called but no answer. His sign says he closes at 12 on Saturday so we went there at 11. He was already closed with the gate closed. I saw someone walking between buildings so I blew the horn to get someone’s attention. A minute later the gate opened so we pulled in. Then I noticed a car pull in behind us; it was his wife. We explained to her that he said he would have the truck put back together that day so he could go back to Texas. She said he was gone and called him. He was angry that we were there and he obviously had no intention of putt the truck back together that day. His wife was nice and apologized about the whole situation and said we needed to leave before he got home. We removed his light from under the hood and snapped the fuse box back in place and left. About 30 minutes later he called my brother and called him every fowl word known to man. Any ac mechanic worth his salt should be able to diagnose a problem in less than 4 days. I don’t know how this guy is getting reviews above a 1. The only reason he gets a 1 from me is because I can’t give a 0.

My husband and I are new to the area. Had no idea where to take our truck when we had air conditioner problems. Took a chance on B & K and are so glad we did. Customer Service & quality of work are outstanding. Ken identified the problem quickly and had us back on the road in no time. Also needed new battery for our car. Ken took care of that as well. It felt like "the good ole days", when Customer Service, honesty, & pride in work were important. Everyone there was amazing. The prices were very fair, and quality of work excellent.
