When my mom‘s car started dragging a piece from the undercarriage, we were so fortunate that a lovely gentleman happened to be there on a day that they were normally closed and was so kind as to take her information personally. We felt so much better leaving the car in good hands rather than parking it, and putting the keys in the dropbox without speaking to someone. Monday morning they called with an estimate that was very fair including doing a few extra things to get my moms car in good shape for an upcoming road trip. Truly, excellent price, quick, courteous service and they went the extra mile assisting us on a Sunday when they were closed, highly recommend!!!!

Not honest When he makes a mistake he makes you pay for it. Spent over $3,250.00 Dishonest because they make customers spend unnecessary money after they mess up and misdiagnose the issue. Instead of accepting responsibility, I had to spend another $235 or more on a sensor that I told him had just been replaced. Now he's claiming catalytic converter issue and can't fix it. His sensor didn't solve anything except for taking my money. No matter the case, they blame another part then you have to pay more. Never any honest accountability. This is not the only time.

Not good. Of course no history, a minor adjustment was needed for my loose steering column a long with a new key ignition ,decided to take vehicle home for the night and my lever to column fell into the floor when reentering vehicle. I'm new to Charleston and didn't have a mechanic. I visited B&N strictly on the reviews of others... and man was this the RIGHT decision! I actually left the keys in their overnight dropbox (along with my 2009 Toyota) with a note regarding my car's issues. Richard and his staff were super communicative and completed the work quickly and for a price that was WAY LESS than what I expected to pay. Seriously... if you're in the Charleston area, you're crazy NOT to use these guys for all your automotive needs.

Let me tell yall! We were dropping off our vehicle to be shipped to Germany. And we still had to get our gas to 1/4 of a tank. And let me just say we were at 1/2 a tank and STRESSING!!! We called this mechanic and asked them to syphon our gas so we could meet the required 1/4. They were super quick and did a great job. Everyone was super friendly and would recommend!

We've been living with those dull headlights for many years. Richard, at B&N, told us that they had a technician that restored headlights. I took the car into B&N to have it done. I was somewhat skeptical as I've tried all the home remedies & purchased online kits. Nothing worked. Now, thanks to B&N they look great. Like new & at a very reasonable price. Thanks Richard and B&N.
