I go down there to get my scooter checked drive 30 minutes just to see a sign on the door saying they close at 3 when it says 6 online what business does that unless it’s a holiday what a waste of time and gas

This is an aweful place to do business. Their hours online said they were open at 10:30am. I show up after a 45 minute drive and they have a paper sign that says they don’t open until 11:30. I had to wait for an hour at a coffee shop for them to open. They were reluctant to do service work on my son’s Razor. Today I went to pick up the Razor and it is almost noon with no sign of them opening. Horrible business and I will never suggest this place to anyone.

I go to them for all of my kids bikes they're very good family oriented people and they are honest. I honestly believe if they have a bad review they had to tell someone no because they work with you to an extent. We as customers have to remember at the end of the day it's a business that just happens to have good hearted people.

Edit. Tried to go here out of necessity, AGAIN. Didnt even answer the phone and I called about ten times. Must be nice to be a business and not have to care about customer service at all. They got the job done when I was in a bind; but their rates are ridiculous and may as well Rob you of every cent you make. The customer service was even worse.
