They’ve messed up our bill, a bumper that they had to reorder, charged extra for something they forgot to do. They’ve had our car for almost 3 months and are so confused they can’t follow simple invoice billing from the insurance company, even though the insurance company has been contacting them daily to get this resolved. Never will we ever go to them again nor should anyone else in our opinion. We’d give them a 0 if we could.

Alex and DeeDee are two soulless and lazy people!! Taking your car to this place is the biggest mistake you could make. They gave me a date, and my car sat past the date with all its mud..they were straight out refusing to clean the mud because they didn’t have enough staff, and they even dared to ask for money to tow it to a cleaning place as if we need to wax it or something. On top of all that they lied to me and told me it was the insurance fault, meanwhile the insurance paid them for cleaning time and has asked them to clean of the mud underneath to see the damage… I have never worked with a soulless company like this.

I’ve been trying to reach someone in reference to my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. It was in their shop from October last year until a couple months ago. Once I got it back, I had to return the car because of issues with the battery. Then,I had to have it towed last week because the car wouldn’t start. Now, Hyundai of North Charleston is saying that the engine ceased due to a drain plug being improperly installed by whoever worked on it last. Well, guess who worked on it last? I emailed the manager last week and I have yet to receive a loaner or a simple response.

Worked with my insurance with minimal involvement needed from me, communicated updates frequently, and the service was timely. The pre-pick up cleaning/detail did not go unnoticed. Would definitely recommend, even if your insurance tries to get you to go through Caliber of Gerber.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote for repairs. Could not find the location of the office and called for help. Office staff was rude on the phone trying to direct me. Upon arriving for my appointment for a quote, was asked if insurance claim would be filed. I said I did not think so but was not totally sure just wanted an estimate. Front office staff was instantly annoyed and informed me that another customer asked for a quote and then filed through insurance so the quote was no good. Office staff told me asking for a quote was “a waste of their time”. I continued to ask for a quote since that was what my appointment was for and the front office staff rolled their eyes at me and reluctantly asked me to fill out paperwork. The quote took maybe all of 10 minutes to generate so the harassment from the staff upon entering for a scheduled quote seemed highly unnecessary.

Should be “Crook in Crews” and doesn’t even deserve a star! This collision center is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Nine months later and thousands of dollars, I’m still waiting for “we guarantee our work.” Their awful quality and professionalism is going to cause a huge loss, possibly deadly if nothing continues to be done. The only way they could get me to do any business with them after they correct my car, is to pay the rest of my loan off and give me a brand new car too. I will continue to give them poor reviews on every single department of the Crews company.

Frankly would not recommend. Not a comment on the front office, they were all really great. But was told to pick up my car after collision repair because everything was finished up. Then got in my car and the door panel was installed incorrectly and I couldn't adjust my mirror. They redid it while I waited. Then dove off the lot and instantly my all my engine lights come on, my engine is misfiring, and the car won't accelerate normally. Was told there were no codes on the car, couldn't be anything important and if it keeps happening to take it somewhere else. Then once I get home, go out side and find my tire completely flat the next day. Just seems like a real lack of detail. Even if somehow this stuff ends up being a coincidence and not relating to my accident, I really feel like it should not have totally escaped their notice. It makes me a little uneasy with the thoroughness of their work. I did really like the staff who worked there, and hopefully this was a one-off with my car. But just felt like I had to leave an honest review for others out there to take a close look at your vehicle afterwards if you end up taking it to crews collision.

Crews Chevrolet Collision Center is fantastic ! The manager there, Mr.Todd, knows what he’s doing & he works with an amazing team. I was very hesitant about taking my Ford Mustang to a Chevrolet shop in the first place, lol, but I am so glad I did. They did a phenomenal job with my car & I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of body repair done on any vehicle. Mr.Todd even took the time to introduce me to each person that had a hand in fixing my car & that was really incredible. They were all so very friendly & professional and that makes all the difference in the world to know that your business means so much to them. So I just want to say thank you to each & every one of you at the collision center at Crews Chevrolet !!!

So I was in an accident back in February of 24. It’s now Apr of 24. State Farm has to send another appraiser out on May 6th to look at the estimate again because something didn’t look right. When I call Crews no one picks up and no one returns messages. I have even went in in person and then they start giving updates for a few days. I have had to be the middleman for them and insurance because the communication is so poor. If I had known this I wouldn’t have chose the dealer to handle the repairs. I just pray the repairs are good whenever I get my car back. Go to them if you want to wait months for your car.

I was involved in a minor accident a few weeks back and my front bumper needed to be repaired. I had a few choices from the insurance companies as to where I could take my car but I choosed Crews Chevrolet because my car is a 2022 Equinox and I have the confidence that my vehicle would be repaired correctly because they are Chevrolet dealers. My car took less than a week to be repaired and the front bumper was replaced with a brand new bumper. I am VERY WELL PLEASED with the work that was done and I would recomend anyone with a Chevy that was involved in an accident should bring their car here. Also the staff if wery friendly and they know what they are talking about in reguards to your vehicle.

Shop lost my vehicle. Was dropped off on a Wednesday, called on Monday to inquiry about the status, they said it was never dropped off, although the tracking on my vehicle clearly showed it was in their parking lot since the previous Wednesday. Tuesday, I call back to see if they found the vehicle, they said yes, but now we do not know where the keys are. I have to track down the tow company, they confirm the car was dropped off in the correct location and the keys were left at the service desk where the repairs were to be made. I relay this information to the Collusion center. Wednesday, still no update although I have notifications from my phone that the car was unlocked and moved locations. Thursday, still no update so I call back. They say now they are waiting for the wheels to come in that needed replacing. I asked when they were ordered, and they were not ordered until the keys were found meaning I have to wait even longer for my car. Keep in mind, prior to the car being dropped off to the collision center, my insurance had talked to both the collision center and service center as a heads up that the vehicle was coming and to confirm that they were capable of accepting the vehicle and completing the repairs. Tuesday comes around, I notice the status of repair changes to complete at 10am. I wait until 3 pm to call because, once again, no status updates. I get no answer and straight to voicemail. So, I decide to show up in person. Now they tell me the car actually isn’t finished at all because they had faulty tpms programming equipment so they have to wait for another company to come and program the sensors for them. Also, they said I need to keep the car there because they do not know when the people will come because the window is so large and with the holidays, they weren’t sure and they still could not provide any estimates on completion time. Next day, still no update until 3pm where they just tell me the car is done and I have until 4:30 to come pick it up. I voiced my concerns with the mismanagement of my service, and was gaslit about their shortcomings and they attempted to explain how “they were losing money because they had to order OEM wheels instead of aftermarket” which was a complete lie because they filed a claim with my insurance to pay the difference. Overall, I do not believe my concerns were properly addressed, and was quickly dismissed when I asked for some form of discount/compensation due to the fact that they just had my car sitting in their lot for 6 days prior to them even looking at the car and their poor communication throughout this process. I asked to speak to a manager but was initially told he was unavailable so I had to ask for his information to be able to contact about this situation. I believe I was very civil and understanding, yet know when I am being taken advantage of. I would love to have someone reach out before I have to reach out myself, but also aware that this is not a common theme with the organization. Would NOT recommend. Only came here because they are a preferred repair facility with my insurance.

My daughter was rear-ended, and it took some time for the other driver’s insurance to approve the repair. The rear bumper and tailgate were damaged, and we were especially concerned because she was leaving for college out of state the following week. I really didn’t want her taking the rental and then having to swap cars later. We dropped the car off on a Thursday morning, and to our relief, it was completed by the following Wednesday—just in time for her departure. The quality of the repair was excellent, their communication was clear and consistent, and there were no surprise charges or fees. Highly recommend.

I drove my BMW M series from Atlanta to Crews collision for two main reasons. The first reason being Brian Batten and his staff are amazing with high integrity. They kept me up-to-date and handled The insurance company and supplement negotiations with ease. Second reason, being a lot of people do not know this, But Armando Aguirre The Painter for Crews collision is one of the best painters on the East Coast hands-down. He has natural talent & major experience. And a long-standing tenure with Crews collision center. I have posted pictures for validity. Thank you again Crews collision center for doing an amazing job.
