I’m always nervous dropping my vehicle off at the Hyundai dealership due to my hectic schedule and needing to get to work for meetings, but Percy’s customer service consistently makes the process much easier. I love my Hyundai and I get great service every time I bring my car and this is why my car will last forever plus I have a very hairy dog and they still vacuumed out my car so kudos to you guys Update 10/3/25 bought a new car used. It’s also a Hyundai Sonata. Cars in great shape they fully serviced it. The representative was a little greene but everybody has to learn. Abby did a good jib. Abby will be a great addition when she gets a bit more experience

Apparently scheduled appointments mean nothing! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for 7:00 a.m. for a knocking noise in the rear. Dropped my car off the night before, put the envelope completely filled out and the keys in the overnight box. I got an alert around 11 that the car had been unlocked. I received a call from Percy asking me why my car was there. I advised him it was there for the SCHEDULED appointment (knocking in the rear. Around 2:00 I called for an update and had to leave a voicemail. I did receive a call back within minutes telling me my oil was changed and I needed an alignment, brake fluid and something else. I declined the added services and then felt attacked. Percy was trying to scare me by saying that they were safety issues and really needed to be done. When I asked about the knocking I was told there was nothing mechanically wrong with my car and to head up to get my car. About 20 minutes later I get a call back and am now told that my car has not even been touched. Keep i mind I had that 7 a.m. appointment. Now Percy tells me that there is some software update that needs to be done and that I would not be getting my car back that day. My car was ready by 12:30 the next day, but the folks at Hyundai of North Charleston have zero concern for their customers and totally lack accountability. All I heard from Percy was how busy it was because he was the only one in service. STOP MAKING EXCUSES! This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with the service department and am seriously having buyers remorse. I love my car, but detest the service department.

This holiday season was a super stressful one. My car engine light came on right before Christmas and I had just gone to another mechanic to get it fixed. They said I had to take it to the dealership and I knew it was going to probably be more expensive. I’m so thankful for Barbara and her thorough service. She could tell I was worried but she reassured me that they would do everything in their power to get me back on the road. & she kept her word. I was able to get my car fixed with my warranty and they gave me a loaner while I waited. She kept in contact with me daily. She was so transparent and spoke to me with respect. I feel like women sometimes are talked down to when it comes to mechanics. She gave me all my options and I never felt pressured. I will solely be coming to get serviced here because of Barbara. She is a true gem and assets. I always get a smiling face and warm welcome from her and Percy when I come. If you need the right service reps find these two. Thank you again Barbara!

Peyton was the best car salesmen I have worked with! He was so patient and kind. I was so indecisive and could not choose between a Palisade and a SantaFe. He let me take them each home for a day to see which one I liked better. I fell in love with the 26 Palisade! He was so good we bought two cars from him.
