Jordan is the bomb.com ! For years Ive taken my Highlander there for routine services and he is always friendly. He does a great job of communicating what repairs are needed in a timely fashion. He makes the thought of sitting at a shop less dreadful ! Even when a repair took longer than anticipated he made sure I was aware and had a loaner car to grab my kids from school. Great service 👏

I have to say that I pulled in at 7:05am (5 min late) only to learn that the person assigned to me was not at work yet. While he could have had a legitimate reason, I asked for another person who was top notch customer service and knowledge. It wound up being a blessing in disguise because the new person was first humble, friendly, communicated clear, not pushy, integral and listened! I didn’t discern a pretense with him. While I had to wait a long time for service on my day off, it never felt like I was there that long. Car runs well and I asked the guy to assign himself to my profile moving forward.

I bought a used car 2024 Nissan Sentra. Good service from Ron, knowledgeable, kind. But the wire transfer was horrible, not open on weekends. He even went out there and did the work hisself just so I would not be held up too long at the service center. I was in and out, and I appreciated that so very much. They had me set up and checked in within 5-6 minutes and had completed the work in about an hour. Did a video inspection that was sent to me via text while I was at the shop and reviewed with me with the sert representative. The representative was friendly and professional (Jake) and kept me informed of progress while at the shop. Very good experience.

I do love the Pathfinder I just bought. The sales person, Rob, was great. He didn’t push and was kind, for a salesman. When it came to the details of financing that was a lot of guys talking and walking around which took about 3 extra hours of my time. On February 7th 2026 I had an 8:30 appointment to have my car serviced. Patrick Martens greeted me with a smile. He was very professional and took his time explaining what was recommended based on the mileage of the car and pricing. The lobby that myself and the other customers waited in was clean and comfortable with multiple televisions, snacks, coffee and water. There was also a room for the parents and kids to entertain themselves. My experience at my appointment overall was very pleasant.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. A huge thank you to my service advisor, Darryl Fraser. He was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure my battery was replaced and oil change completed quickly, but he also took care of a stubborn handprint that I couldn’t remove from both the driver-side and front passenger-side doors.
