I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quackt Glass!! I called the Charleston location and was quickly set up for an appt and processed thru insurance in less than 10 minutes. Kevin came out to my house the following week (could have come out sooner, but I scheduled for when I knew I wouldn’t have any conflicts) and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. He did such an amazing job that when I found out he worked Saturdays, I scheduled him to repair my husband’s windshield the very next day. Amazing customer service!!

From the beginning, it was a great experience! Scheduling was easy and the installer was even willing to drive out to Ridgeville. When the weather made the windshield replacement not possible, rescheduling was painless. The installer was quick and knowledgeable, and the final product was like new! Quacktastic! These guys are amazing. I had a chip in my windshield and after my insurance set up an appointment 4 days out with a 5 hour window with a big windshield company that never showed up. I found Quackt Glass. Not only did they bill my insurance directly, the lady who called me was very friendly and told me they could fix it that day. Within an hour I heard from Don Johnson. He told me he was 3 minutes away. Met him in the parking lot and while he was repairing my windshield had a great friendly 5 minute conversation... Boom, and it was done. He thanked me for my business, I thanked him for his promptness. The end, no headache, no extra phone call, no hassle. I will be recommending this company as well as Don to anyone needing a windshield repair, replace or whatever else they do. Very satisfied customer!

I have needed to get my windshield taken care of and these guys was recommended by my insurance company. I could not go to their shop during the week (they are closed on weekend) and have my windshield replaced due to work and the camera was needing to be calibrated. This not something that they do mobile but they reached out to someone else to come to work and take care of this the same day. Ethan was very nice and very communicative. I love using local businesses and I will definitely always recommend them. The speedy time for the replacement was quick, and the customer service was above and beyond

Definitely the best around. After having my new car less than a week low and behold traveling on 26 a rock hit my windshield. Christi got me in the next day. Had to order a new windshield but Kevin fixed the crack to where it didn't bother me so much until the new one came in. As soon as it came in he installed it no problem. Best glass replacement experience. Due to my job I am unable to leave but they came out to my job. Not once or twice but all three times due to insurance rules. As far as the people go, they are just as great as their work. Kevin was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and talk me through the whole process and what steps to do next. so my window blew out because of the heat yesterday. I call my insurance company this morning and we decided on this company. I believe it was Cheryl I spoke with and not long after I called my insurance. I was impressed by a few things. One you have to have a Tech and two you need the part. A passenger side rear window; I imagine nobody has in stock. I started this at 10:00 am and a Tech named Kevin came out and I was fixed by 1:30. I got such good customer service on the phone and on the ground. I can do this work and it's not easy. Your tech is your face as well phone support.

Ryan was amazing. Super informative! He was on time and let me know about all the potential problems that could come with replacing an older vehicles glass and really helped me understand the process. He was very thorough but very quick as well. I can tell he has been doing this for a long time. If I unfortunately need a windshield replaced I will be calling quackt glass and asking for Ryan again.
