★☆☆☆☆ Just had the worst experience with an Autozone in my 40 years. Sales manager Terrance K. was not of any help. I went in to get some maintenance items and replace a battery less than a year old with a dead cell. He was argumentative about replacing the battery even when his tester also shows the battery as bad. I was required to leave the battery with them for 1.5 hours (its still currently there on the charger even though it's only 1.54 VDC with no load). When looking up my customer info, he chose the wrong customer and would not put the correct customer information. He would not even use a pen to cross off the wrong customer and put my name on the battery I was to leave with him. I had to do so myself! Even when looking up an oil filter, he was putting in an air filter. I was able to google search the correct filter part number quicker than he looked up the filter. Needless to say, once this battery tests badly again and I get my replacement, I will never be coming back. There are too many options around for auto stores with friendly and helpful staff.

★★★★☆ I went to buy some oil and have my engine checked. The Associate explained that he was the only one there at the time so he could leave his post. Once his partner returned he asked, " Are you back?" But the Associate never addressed me or my concerns. He just vanished. We'll what am I to think of that. Rotten Customer Service
