1st time we was there we had a valve cover gasket replaced on a 2014 Honda accord. The second time was a honda CRV had lug nut studs replaced and brakes done. We had excellent service and very friendly the staff was amazing. I will definitely continue going back for future needs.

The whole staff was super friendly. Steven showed me what was wrong with my car. He explained everything to me without making feel like I was stupid for not knowing what he was talking about. He was extremely helpful and worked with me so that I could afford to fix my car. He found a few things wrong with it that I hadn’t even known about. He also made sure to ask my permission before he did anything to my car.

First let me say, I love the staff here. The customer service is top tier! I typically do not like getting ny car serviced as a woman, but they didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or forced into anything. The front desk, Carol is really sweet as well. I’ve been to multiple places trying to figure out what was wrong with my car for almost a year. Finally decided to get a diagnostic at speedee, turns out it was the fuel pump. The service was same day turn around. My car has not been this quiet in so long and I’m getting the gas milage that I used to get before the issue started. I will definitely be returning, thank you guys!!

I came here because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. Service was quick and Carol and the mechanics were great. It was the end of the day and I could tell Carol was maybe tired or under the weather, but she put in 100% effort to be helpful and friendly. Now that’s customer service. I had a great experience today at Speedee. I had no brakes. My hose went bad after the freezing weather and I loss fluid. I went to Speedee to have it looked at, because I was just there the Saturday prior for an oil change and I had a good experience then as well. Carol who works at the register was very helpful and nice. Steven and Dwayne the manager treated me with so much respect and was concerned for my safety. They explained everything that they were doing to me which made me feel comfortable and confident. I would recommend Speedee at Northwoods Blvd., in North Charleston.

Call me Holden. Some time ago, nevermind exactly when, I found myself many thousands of miles overdue for an oil change. Providence and the fates had it that I received a coupon for $25 off an oil change service from this place in the mail. A fortuitous venture, thought I, as I pulled in, wondering if I would get scammed as I had the last place I went to. Not so! Carol and everyone else there did me right, giving me the proper oil at a fair price (after the coupon), and recommending other maintenance that I will admit are much needed. The waiting room had magazines and board games for those inclined, but I was much more entertained by the general scenery of the room itself. You can tell they love their job.

Very nice and pleasant environment. Technicians are professional, nice and easy to work with. Carol at the front desk is kind and easy to speak to. New visit: Valentine's Day! Had to wait for parts to come in 😮💨. But the wait was comfortable again. Service is as excellent as before and technicians are very skilled and eager to fix your problems! Never a better place to wait for your car to get fixed while sitting for breakfast at the Waffle House next door.
