Came on for oil change and tire rotation, repair of headlights and tire pressure sensor. Before I even left, the associate (in a tank top) told me he couldn't do oil change nor tire rotation (claimed tires too old despite only being installed 2 yrs ago). They ended up keeping car for 4 hours And charged me $103 for changing wiper blade blades and a "diagnosis" fee. Mass no effort to fix headlight (even though a part was available) and gave me an estimate of $400 per tire for replacement tires. Be very careful with these guys....

Not cheap if you have a vehicle that requires full synthetic oil. Groupon and Living Social don’t help much paid $70 for the certificate and still had a balance of almost $80. They rotated the tires and did an inspection after I requested they not do it. I’ll stick with the dealership at least it’s cheaper there and they offer free snacks !!

Do not go to the Dorchester Store if you are trying to avoid being scammed! I made an appointment online on 6/24 for a 4 tire replacement on 6/28. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the tires were not in stock. No phone call or communication beforehand at all. I was told they "probably" could get the tires by the afternoon or I could just pay hundreds of dollars more for tires that they had in stock. Avoid this store at all costs. Horrible customer service and awful staff.

So this place is under new management, the new owner is Travaris Williams, which I think is important to highlight. Yesterday, I noticed my car was violently shaking and, in a panic I took it to the guys at Take 5 across the street (also great guys over there). They told me that my tires were beyond bald and I needed to go get new ones immediately. So I just came here across the street, and Travaris took one look at my tires and got me in immediately. We were chatting while my tires were getting changed and that’s when he let me know he’s the new owner. Honestly, idk what kind of reputation this place has before but I’m pretty sure Travaris saved my life by taking me in right away. The exact words were “ticking time bombs” for the state of my tires. Just wanted to put it out there, Travaris here is awesome!!! And the guys in the shop got my car in and out so quickly. Thank you guys!!!

I came in yesterday 9/4/24 for a tire repair and my tire was not repairable. Joseph gave me outstanding service even though I could tell he was sick and throwing up. He was very professional and made sure me and my car were taken care of. I will definitely be back to this location and to see Joseph for all my car needs.

They could’ve killed me. My tires were making a rattling sound and my car would shake unless I was driving over 65mph. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong. Took my car to GERALD’s and they said my tired could’ve separated as I was driving. The employees were nice but they don’t care. The higher ups do not care about the employees and it shows in the quality of work. Take care of your employees because people’s lives depend on them showing up and caring to do their jobs well. I’ve patronized this business for years and spent $1200+ in 3 years never had a problem until recently.

Made an appointment online and when I arrived a few hours early I didn't even make it into the store an employee(manager) named Joseph which I later found out his name after coming back to the store and ask me the year of my car and asked me to pop the hood of my car I did he made comments “yeah we won't be touching this one” “this is a fixer-upper” and other negative comments. Customer service was awful He let his ego override everything and lost sight of how to be professional. Another big NO NO was that none of the guys including Joseph didn't have uniforms or name tags on made it hard to tell who actually worked there So I took my money elsewhere. I took my car to Paul’s Car Center 8 minutes down the road and they took care of everything. With great customer service also check them out.

Went here after Mavis was unable to help me patch a tire with a nail in it. Walked in and was able to have my tire fixed in less than an hour. Price was very fair and staff professional. Would definitely recommend and return for future tire needs.

Mr. Bean and Joesph is awesome! We went in for a wheel alignment and our vehicle had an odd squeal also. Mr. Bean and Joseph are really cool and their kindness and understanding of vehicle situations is outstanding! Mr. Bean was able to get everything taking care and we was in and out in no time for a great price! We really appreciate the time, kindness and dedication they have for their customers. We will definitely be back! Thank you guys!!!

Had a large bolt in my tire (see picture) and Daniel was able to get me in and out very quickly, and they were even able to patch the tire! Very reasonable pricing, and I will be back with my car as well as my wife's car in the near future.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went in because a front tire had a broken belt and a rear tire had a leak. I had two new tires. I told them to remove the two bad tires and make it so that the two new tires were on the front axle and the two good tires, the ones that were already on the car, were on the rear axle. I TOLD THEM MORE THAN FOUR TIMES!!! Well, the tire with the broken belt was out on the rear axle. So now I still had a very bad wobble. To make matters worse, the old tires - the ones I wanted to keep - had more than 5/8 tread depth. As an aside, the person who was the manager barely smiled. Now I have to buy two new tires and have them installed. In other words, they cost me OVER THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS! Don’t go here. -------------- UPDATE: Below, you will find the “Response from the owner.” I also received this message via text message. Here is what transpired subsequently: I responded to the “Response from the owner” text message within one minute with “Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.” However, I did not receive a response. Subsequently, I dialed the phone number displayed below. During the call, I sent another text message to the number from which I received the initial text message, stating, “Well now. I've called you CS department and they have no records for me. I've now been on the phone for eight minutes and counting. Furthermore, I've given you, the one person who seems to have any idea what's going on, a request to call me back. Do you see the irony of this?” During my call with their customer service department, the individual who answered was unfamiliar with the matter. It took her a considerable amount of time to resolve the issue. After forty minutes of her efforts and subsequent consultation with her supervisor, I was offered a credit of $50.00 towards my next visit. However, I was not offered a refund for the incorrect work performed. This is akin to apologizing for causing me distress by providing me with additional elements that exacerbated my discomfort. I declined the gift certificate. I instructed the representative to contact me with a more favorable offer by Wednesday, or I would consider pursuing this matter in small claims court. I will provide further updates as they become available.

The worst place to go! The Manager, Ryan, is a complete liar. I took my car to their location two weeks ago to change my oil, and all fluids topped off. Instead of saying he made a mistake and forgot to top off the fluids, he said my car doesn't have an area where liquids are topped off. If you do not know about vehicles, please do not go to this location; they will tell you all kinds of garbage. They have no integrity or morals. After calling a few locations to see if what Ryan was saying was true, I called Ryan back, asking to put everything he said in writing instead of acting like a manager and addressing the issue; he hung up and would not answer my calls. I have called ten times—a horrible example of a manager.

My 76yo mom went here because I found a nail in her tire. She was told that the sidewall was cut and that she'd need to get TWO new tires so that they would match both sides rear. They didn't have the right size in stock so they sent her home to wait for a call. When they called, she informed them that her son (me) checked the tire and there is no slit on the side wall. The lady then changed her story and said the nail is less than an inch from the side and so they could not plug it thus she needs 2 new tires. My mom told her to pound sand and that shell never return to this business again. The picture shows the nail that I had marked with a silver sharpie so it was easy to find. As you can see, it's 2 inches from the edge of the tread! This place is a complete scam and they tried to take advantage of an elderly woman. I will be reporting this to the company headquarters and posting this story on Facebook and Nextdoor in an attempt to warn others.

Courteous, conscientious staff. I was able to make an appointment. They got me in an out they were open on Sunday! The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend this Dorchester Road location.
