I have been taking vehicles to Steve for almost 10 years, and my parents have been for longer than that! He is always honest and upfront! There have been times where he has told me "honestly, you can do this yourself for a lot less and it's super simple" then proceeded to show me where the part was on the car and told me where to get the replacement. Joe and Steve are the best!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are more than fair and reasonable, and they stick to their quote. I had front and rear differential and transfer case service done. Turned out, the fluid Joe needed to use on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was more expensive than the original estimate he gave me. I really wanted to pay the difference but he refused to take a penny more!! Shows their honest business practices, and customer service. I will use them again as needed, and highly recommend you check them out!

B&W Exhaust Pros are great!! I worked with Steve, he installed a magnaflow exhaust and cold air intake on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner. The install was done within a couple hours, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend these guys, great customer service as well.

B&W was highly recommended to me a few years ago. I have been taking my Cadillacs there for exhaust work ever since. Excellent work in a very timely manner. The cost is very low compared to anyone else I've ever dealt with. I actually think he deserves much more than he charges especially considering the quality of the work. 5 stars is not a high enough rating. Good people there. In my opinion this is the ONLY place to go to get exhaust work done. The best results possible also at the lowest cost. Thanks again B&W for all the work you've done for me these past few years.

I am new in Winter Haven and needed some repairs on my muffler. I was referred to go to this shop. Steve was a generous person. He just found a screw broken and a clamp. Steve refused to charge me for his services. Although it was a simple fix, other shops would have probably lied and have me do unnecessary repairs. This place has earned my business moving forward!! Ordered a Axel back system and sent them to the shop. I ask who I think was the owner (Steve) could he place the new system (Tips) to stock position. He told me no ( I can tell he was annoyed by me asking) because the company designed them a certain way and it can't be changed. I wanted to see what the final look will be. They finished the work and the tips where sticking out far from stock position. I left the shop and reached out to the company that design the system. They told me that I could move the system where I wanted them. I want back to the shop to speak to the owner (Steve) about what I was told. Again he was very annoyed by me getting this info. He said I can put them wherever you want them, I can put them under the car😒. Long story less long I will not be doing anymore business with this shop. If you have to treat a paying customer this way I will take my business elsewhere.

Words fail to describe the absolute confidence and trust, that I found with Joe at B and W Exhaust. In life it is rare to entrust most anything to just anyone, but I can categorically state that B and W is not only trust worthy but also professionally knowledgeable about car repairs without hesitations, who provides FAIR pricing without hidden added fees like credit card fees, or disguised discounts by inflating the pricing of work to be performed only to list a discount that isn't a discount at all. I confess I had taken my car to other repair shops that had me dizzy with what I sometimes refer to as a bait and switch. B and W made an appointment and kept that appointment. they were quick, and I truly felt that my vehicle had been handled by the BEST. I have owned my vehicle for 19 years. I plan to keep it as long as I can, Why? two reasons: I can not buy a new one or even a used one, and my vehicle though old now, has been my baby. It hasn't let me down yet. With inflations rising, tariffs hitting and living in a volatile world , if you need repairs, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check B and W Exhaust. My Thanks to Joe, and Steve.
