Maybe it's just me, but I just don't feel like they did all they could for me. It was a few texts back and forth and then I am told I don't qualify for the vehicle I wanted and that was the end of it...not really seeing them going out of their way like all the reviews said.

Avoid Winter Haven Collision Center – Save Yourself the Headache Choosing Winter Haven Collision Center was a huge mistake. We thought a dealer-owned shop would be the best choice to repair our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after it sustained minor front-end damage. We were very wrong. From start to finish, our experience was filled with delays and frustration. Our Jeep, with less than 1,000 miles on it, spent eight weeks in their facility, only to be returned with glaring issues: an unsecured front bumper, an unaddressed gap between the hood and fenders, and a scuff on the hood that was immediately noticeable. Incredibly, when we sent it back to have these issues fixed, they kept it for another week, only managing to secure the bumper properly. The hood gap remained, along with antifreeze splattered under the hood—an indicator they may not have replaced everything billed to the insurance. We even requested specific corrections, like painting the hood latch, which were ignored. Now, we’re left with a new Jeep that visibly looks like it was wrecked. Sending it back for more work feels pointless, as it’s clear this shop is either unwilling or unable to perform quality repairs. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not use Winter Haven Collision Center. The last thing you need during an already stressful situation is a repair shop that doesn’t deliver. Save yourself the added frustration and go elsewhere. I am attaching pictures of what the Jeep looked like prior to the wreck, after the wreck, and after the repairs so you can see for yourself and make up your own mind. Our next steps? Finding a competent body shop, seeking proper repairs, and possibly hiring a lawyer to address these unresolved issues.
