I went in on Monday made a appointment to get a install completed guy told me come back on Thursday which is today now he saying he never scheduled the appointment saying he gave me a business card which he never did being that I’m a business owner as well I just won’t use them in the future crazy part the owner standing there didn’t say not 1 word to try to fix the situation I’m sorry but y’all just lost a paying customer and I can’t refer anyone to you guys either y’all have been in business long enough to know that’s not how you treat a customer then it’s like he just blew me off

I went there years ago to get my windows tinted. Got there when they opened since at that time they didn't make appointments. I was told I was the next one in line. When I called to check on the status of my car they told me I was the 3rd person in line. Sounds like I got the run around so I went and got my car and never went back or will I ever go back with my future vehicles. Happened in 2008

Bought a brand new 2017 SUV and brought it to Bailey's to have it tinted. Was highly disappointed with tint job. I had to bring it back 2 times and it still wasn't right. Even after the third time they still managed to get trash in the tint and air bubbles that have yet to disappear after several months and the brow wasn't cut smoothly. While they applied the tint the allowed the soap and water run down the leather door interior and into the speakers. I still had water in the speaker holes when I picked it up. They never cleaned the soap runs off of the leather interior and left it a mess. Won't be using them again. When someone brings in a brand new vehicle with all leather interior you would think they would take a little more care of how they do things. Used, new or brand new it really shouldn't matter, they didn't return the vehicle to me in the condition it was brought to them. Extremely disappointed with the job and care they used.

So long story short... I got one radio didn't like it. Cxalled back and asked to exchange it for a different one. The manager was cool about it. I would def recommend this place to others and I'll be back to do more to my car. Also, Allen is very knowledgeable and could tell you just about anything you need to know. His the man to go to.

I had a Navigation /Audio system installed 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. This year I decided to install a dash cam. They called me as soon as one was available and installed it in about an hour. The wires were neatly hidden and I was impressed. I later had my windshield replaced and brought my vehicle back to Bailey,s to clean up the mess the glass shop had done to the wiring bundles. I appreciate their good work and know where I will be going for my next purchase.

Awesome place! I was looking to get a remote start installed on my truck and the one they recommended was exactly what I was looking for. They had it in stock and were able to do the install the same day. You can't even tell they worked on my truck except for the new remote start. They answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. Friendly people, great price. I will definitely be returning to them for future installs. After finding a minor issue on my remote start, I brought my truck back. They guy up front severely lacked customer service skills. He acted like the problem I was having was just something that I should deal with. But they took my truck in and fixed the issue. But I had to call several hours later to see if my truck was ready. When I called, the same guy answered my phone and told me that it was in fact ready and sounded like I was bothering him. When I got there, he just tossed me my keys and told me here you go instead of having someone go out with me to make sure the issue was corrected. I was put off by his lack of customer service after having such a great experience with the installer and manager.

Best I’ve used for window tinting. Excellent customer service over the phone. Knew the product and walked me through all the options. Excellent customer service in the store. Greeted me when I entered the store, showed me all of the products available, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Vehicle interior wasn’t soaking wet but clean and dry. It was cleaner after the installation than it was when i brought it in. Very professional and highly recommended!

Had an appointment for 3pm for a 30 minute job to install ceramic window tint on my front seat doors. I arrived 15 minutes early. They told me they were an hour behind schedule. They started my job just over an hour later and finished it in 35 minutes. Great job, looks good, and works well. My suggestion is to make the appointment as early as possible to avoid waiting

Went in to get a new radio installed for my car to replace an old one that was also an aftermarket radio I didn't like so much. They did warn me that my dash would crumbl taking out the old radio. I was worried at first, but I didn't mind since it was only the AC's bezel that was cracked which I replaced myself afterwards. I'm glad even when the dash was fragile and close to falling apart, they were very careful to still have it (mostly) in one piece. Took about 1.5 hours total. Overall, I'm happy with the results! Very clean install, looks like it came with the car by default and a lot more fitting than the one I had before.
