I went there yesterday (7/10/23) to get all four of my wheels balanced and to also get an alignment. They took care of me in a timely manner. The gentleman at the front desk, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and kind. I told him I loved coming here because the service is always top notch. I went to service tire Pro with a charging system problem was charged $700 for an alternator after alternator was put on car was still having the same problem went to another mechanic in Moss Bluff and was charged $60 and the problem was fixed and service tire pros still made me pay the $700 and the alternator wasn't the problem all it was was a $60 problem. Mac tire fix my problem for $60 , from now on they will be doing all of my mechanic work should have went there first I was charged $700 and the problem was not fixed

If you can't stop here, you need to stop here!! The service was excellent. The shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is very informative and helpful. I went in for a brake job, they called with i highlt reasonable quote and had it finished in a couple hours. If I am forced to say something negative, it would be about the parking. That's mainly down to the amount of business. Thanks guys so much for getting me back on the road Tish

Nick and staff were great! Had a flat tire on Sunday, a friend aired the tire enough for me to leave the truck at the shop with a note attached to key, and by 9 am Monday morning Nick called to say all was ready. He even walked the key fob to me with a big smile!! Such a delightful end to the frustration of a flat tire! Nick, Doug and guys are dependable, honorable, and KIND! I cannot recommend them highly enough! And so grateful for the warranty on the tire...NO COST to me!!

Great service. My car died at church the night before. As soon as I got there, a very nice employee drove me to Trinity with a battery charger. He hooked it up, started my car and followed me back. They started working on my car immediately, replaced the battery, changed the oil and rotated the tires. No bleeps. Quick, easy, no hassle. They’re my GO-TO!

When seeking out suggestions for a business to perform an alignment, Service Tire Pro was among the most recommended. I was not disappointed. First come, first serve basis. Nick & Darien made sure I was taken care of, and they offer a variety of other services. I was pleasantly surprised to have been able to have a faulty tire sensor replaced & oil change along with my tire alignment. This business has a clean waiting area, stocked with coffee and beverages, as well as friendly staff. I would definitely recommend using this establishment & I will be returning for future services.

***Updated***. 10/9/2025. Yesterday I went in for my free tire rotation and an oil change. Nick showed me my cabin air filter which definitely needed replacing . I show him a quote for that service from another company and he beat that price by miles. We also discussed other quotes for service. He advised they were not needed at this time. I am putting my trust in Service Tire Pros for any future service or repairs. End of update *****I needed new tires for my suv and made several calls to tire stores. I was getting discouraged at the prices until I called Service Tire Pros. I talked to Nick who quoted a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and he called a few days later to advise the tires were in. I went in early in the morning and was promptly taken care of. He stated I was also due an oil change. He quoted the price so I took care of this at the same time. After the work was completed he told me of the free tire rotations and the guarantees associated with these tires. I am extremely impressed with the price, the amount of time it took and the offer of service after the sale. I highly recommend Service Tire Pros for your automotive needs. You will not be disappointed!
