You have to go see Devon at the Prien location. I had my new tires and rims switched out from my old ones. The service was fast, well explained, and straightforward (no extra costs or hidden fees). There were tons of complementary and convenient things to occupy me and my young kids while we waited but there was really no need for any of them since we were in and out so quickly. Not to mention my vehicle was out front, ready and waiting for me. I’ll never have any tire or auto work done anywhere else that’s for sure!

This place has poor customer service we was in town on Vacation a guy told us we had a nail in our tire. We were on our way to Discount Tire and saw your open sign was on. Two guys sitting in the service area one said they close in 10 minutes. I said ok we made it before you close. He stated you have to go inside to see if we can fix it. The manager inside said we can't fix it. I said but we make it before you close. I said I know you go to food places all the time when they about to close but that dont turn you away. Should've went with my first thought and came to Discount Tire where we are now. That they did a amazing job. Thanks Discount Tire for your service. If you are at this pee wee tire service leave now. One star is the lowest i can get thats why they got a one.

I was told in New Orleans at a tire store I needed a new tire due to a screw in my tire causing the flat and it was not able to be repaired.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is having car troubles !! Called the day before as I had a flat tire after work. They repaired it that day and we made plans to replace both my front tires the following morning.
