Got my windshield changed 6 months ago and they scraped the coating off my dash. Called and they said it would be fixed. I reached out 3 more times and they just kept saying I would get a call back. 6 months later and it still has not been fixed and I’m done trying to reach out .

I would highly recommend using aces glass. I called yesterday and scheduled an AM appointment. Ricky, their glass tecnition came out free of charge and replaced the windshield on my car. He was fast and very professional. After he was finished he cleaned the glass and also my dash board. Great company. I will be using them again.

PROBLEM SOLVED! Water was pouring into my Jeep Commander and flooding the passenger floorboards! I thought the windshield was leaking and was desperate to get it fixed before experiencing more Louisiana rain! Penny was able to work me in and Rick took a look and immediately determined that the windshield was fine. He suggested that it was the sunroof drains that were clogged and backing up water into the interior. I had never heard of such a thing and was thrilled when he told me they could take care of it. Penny called me later that evening to see if I could bring my truck in for Terry to fix it up before the expected rain that night. It was around 6:00 in the evening and I couldn't believe they were willing to work on my truck so late. Terry got to work immediately and Penny and I chatted it up until he finished. Penny is awesome! Terry is awesome! Rick is awesome. These are just genuinely good people! I am so excited that my truck is no longer a watery mess!

I had an appointment for a windshield chip repair on July 8th and as of today I have yet to hear from the person that was supposed to come out for repairs. I've used Ace in the past and had a great experience. I can say that I will never contact Ace for any repairs I need again. If I could leave a ZERO STAR rating.. I would've.

I had Aces Glass replace my cracked windshield. The eyesight detection didn’t work afterwards. They came out to recalibrate the vehicle. The man that came out blamed the failure of the recalibration on my car claiming it was due to recalls on the vehicle. I drove it all the way Lafayette to have it serviced where I was informed that my vehicle had no recalls and that the recalibration was either done incorrectly or that they must have damaged the eyesight camera. The service department reran a calibration where they determined that the eyesight camera had indeed been damaged. I have attempted to contact Aces on several occasions to see what they plan to do to help remedy the situation that they created. They keep telling me to take it up with my information company which my insurance company tells me that they don’t have anything to do with it since Aces caused the damage. The eyesight detection doesn’t work at all now causing the cruise control to not work along with the lane change assist and blind spot detection. At this point, the value of the car has decreased and all the safety features that made me purchase this vehicle in the first place are gone. Be aware before taking your car to this establishment. They do not stand by their work and if they cause damage they have absolutely no intention on fixing it.

This company went above and beyond what I had expected. Needed new windshield with calibration for my jeep. First winshield was wrong, brackets were off by a little. They ordered another to replace it and kept us updated every step of the way. By this time it had been almost 2 weeks, due to weather and my total hip replacement. With no way to get vehicle to them, they came to my home to get vehicle to take it back to shop, replace and calibrate windshield and bring it back to my home. They also brought it back washed and vacuumed. Miss Julie and Miss Penny and all the employees are amazing, kind people. I would recommend them for any glass work needed.

Really great team. They made the experience painless. However, I had the luxury of an easy schedule to replace my cracked windshield. That being said, they came when they said they were going to and replaced the windshield quickly. All the personnel working there are polite and gracious. I am really glad I supported their business. Highly Recommend. You will be delighted by their overall kindness and helpfulness.

I do not recommend anyone get your windshield replaced here, if I could rate lower than one star I would. Not only did they break my windshield washer fittings and hoses but my rear view mirror fell off and it took a chunk of glass with it just a month after I got my windshield replaced. I brought it back so they could fix it but instead of making it right they blamed me for the damage and said they would discount a new windshield a few bucks. I tried to call and talk to the owner but I was never able to get in touch with them or have my call returned. I called so many times they stopped taking my calls and now I’m stuck driving around without a rear view mirror. I’m very disappointed in this place and they will never have my business again nor anyone I know.
